Over all happy with you Travel Triangle, Just want to highlight some things which we was experience on Kerala trip. 1) Coffee rought hotel is so good but their was a problem of water. 2) You mention houseboat is deluxe but it was premium type. 3)Experience in house boat was some how ok because we thought its not good for over night stay. 4)We feel insecure and not safe because where they stop the boat that place is not safe n not clean. Overall nice and memorable experience with your team & Holiday triangle also. Special thanks to Karan Rathor(Trip Adviser), Sumeet(Ht Manager), HT staff Sumeswari & Sangeetha. Not but least thanks to our car driver cum guide Mr.Bajamin Johnk he is nice person and we enjoy his company. We really missed over all team of Travel Triangle & Holiday Triangle. SUmeshwari was a great help .. always reachable ....Although the hotels were good ... our candle lit dinner was not satisfactory ... chicken was not fresh ... desert had been frozen for a long time ..it had ice crystal in it ... the cake was poor quality and not fresh .... the driver had poor communication ... we wanted to try local food but the driver just wouldnt speak ... he was not aware of the itinerary ... or the hotels ... we had to ask people outside for information ... he would recommend places where he could get commission and also borrowed 300 rupees from us which he never returned
