Spice jungle resort, Munnar was our worst stay and worst memory in whole trip.. They made us wait for one hour in the morning when we checking out for our return.. There jeep has gone to take milk and didn't return for one hour.. One complete block was not having hot water supply.. People were carrying buckets to bring water from other room.. Pathetic service.. No body at reception to take calls.. Worst kind of stay we ever had Pagoda resort, Alleppey was our best stay in our whole trip.. They have even upgraded us to a higher category

Travel unbounded and their arrangements was good. Specifically Mamta from the agency is superb. She helped me lot after lots of searching of best categories hotels. Although she or their agency could have been far better if they called tourist on that travel days and following up regarding their travel itinerary and demonstrate or guide. Any way 4 and 1/2 star out of 5 sure. Munnar is the best destination amongst the rest destination.

TRAVEL UNBOUNDED. Simply excellent service. Everything was fine with drivers and hotels. At munnar the hotel was not upto mark. Asraf bhai ( Driver) was also kind and helpful. Only the complain is : we should have multiple choice for selection. For example in thekedday. Driver took us to the Jip Safari was for 3500rs. We booked it and then found that outside is available for less then half of it
