We enjoyed our trip to Kerala. Hotels particularly at Munnar (Winter note) was superb. Driver Srineevas was very cooperative, down to earth, fully knowledge person to take all the members of the group directly to North Indian food restaurants and enjoyed the food. He was very patient, friendly and always give respect to his tourists. My travel company Travel Inbound, Bangalore manager, Ms. Mamataji, Shri Sanjiv Katoch ji was always approachable to extend their full help and feel us very important and guided us on every step and offered their best knowledge to finalise the best hotels where all my senior citizen members enjoyed the stay. Really memorable travel plan prepared by them. Recommended to avail their services. Winter Note at Munnar having a balcony which opened towards Forest side where I enjoyed chirping of birds which is still in my ears and memory. Travel unbound will be the only company to book other travel plans. Visit to Pariyar lake, hotel Winternote having forest balcony with chirping of birds was fabulous.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Kerala trip through Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey organized by the Travel Unbounded. Even though we went during Pre monsoon ,Miss Mamta was our trip planner she kept her word with ethics and Aneesh kumar was our driver and guide. He took good care of us and made us feel comfortable in every way possible. highly recommended

It was a good experience. The driver was professional with good knowledge of all the places. Overall a decent trip for us.

Hotel could have been better in thekkady. Though a very good hotel but we were given smallest room as they had full occupancy. It was extremely suffocting because we were with our child. The room had no window. We requested for room change and next day we got much better room. However for an entire day we had to survive in that small room though we paid full. Hence wud not recommend that hotel Elephant ride and elephant rain in thekkady. Also loved allepey hotel

Thanks to Mamta for helping in providing a good travel itinerary and supporting me with all queries during the booking and also during the the trip. Overall the trip was good. Resort stay in Munnar was very good. Private boathouse could have been better.

The resort in Munnar was awesome. Even the driver was helpful and friendly. Even the houseboat services were good.

It was a great Experience to explore Kerala.Our tour was most enjoyable.All hotels were very good beyond our imagination.Cab driver was well behaved and very punctual.He was our tour guide also.We enjoyed a lot in all sightseeing places. But our tour could be customised upto Kanyakumari within this period of program.During journey from Alleppey to Kovalam both jatayu earth centre and Padmanav Swami temple could be covered.We could not customise it.The last date we felt bored in Trivandrum after darshan of Padmanav Swami temple. Anyhow the journey was memorable and we are very grateful to the travel unbounded for a good tour program .

Travel agents should have control over the assigned guide/driver. My travel agent was like " we can't guide drivers (who was assigned by them) but can guide customers as drivers are hired through third parties" . What they should understand is their reputation is tied with the assigned guide/driver, & they can't simply deny their responsibility

Improper communication and updates between their team..which spoiled our mood and time
