My wife and I had a splendid stay in Kerala! The travel agency, Travel Unbounded is indeed one of the most customer oriented agencies I've come across and Ms. Mamta who was our trip's coordinator personally looked into our trip right from the moment we landed at Kochi and throughout the stay at Munnar and Allepey till our departure back from Kochi! She is extremely thoughtful and pays attention to all your requirements and helps plan it down to the last detail! The cab driver, Mr. Shabeer, again is one of the very best and ensured that we had a memorable trip! I highly recommend Travel Unbounded for a good holiday plan! :) Thank you very much for the amazing experience Ms. Mamta and team! :D My wife's birthday celebration at Glenmore Resorts in Munnar is a really memorable experience, again thanks to Ms. Mamta and the staff at Glenmore Resorts who planned it meticulously with a cake delivered exactly at midnight! :D I'd the whole trip is a very memorable holiday! :)

It's awesome

Affordable decent Package & customer oriented team to assist during the tour. The trip journey was awesome the stay at Athirapalli & Alleppey houseboat was memorable. Athirapalli waterfall, Jeep Safari's breathtaking ride & the Alleppey houseboat was one of the nicest.

Aranyaka resort was good only in location and it gave best view with average room and average service. Houseboat experience was below average as we could see and compare good houseboats nearby.

Last minute change of seperate boat house into sharing boat. We enjoyed a lot

Had experienced problems from the time we got down at Kochin airport. they promised for 7+1 seater innova, but provided 6+1 vechicle, had to wait for almost 2 hours at airport to get it sorted. They provided another dzire vehicle, but the basic intention of spending families together during vacation has spoiled. As per them, they wrongly mentioned 6 people instead of 8 people, you can imagine the disturbance at every location.. .. we had to pay extra amount at house boat as they only booked it for 6.

Buffet at hotel spice jungle was worst with no Verities of food, only to serve what was there at table with high cost

Everything was perfect.. Except for the stay in munnar. The hotel was not good, gave me a room adjacent to their restaurant and it was very disturbing in the morning. The breakfast was bad. They could not give another room even on request. The cab and mr cinoy was wonderful. Full marks. We loved the sightseeing.

Excellent 5 star service. Special thanks to Mamatha who has been really really helpful right from the begin to the last day of my trip. She is always available to answer your query. She customized our trip to suit my needs and everything was planning to perfection. More than everything, they are always available via WhatsApp to answer your query. I was also in touch with Sanjeev during my trip who has been very helpful and responsive. Driver was very good and was helpful too. Only downside is the house boat which wasn't well kept cleanliness wise, otherwise the stay in the house boat was good too. I will definitely plan my next trip with the same folks. Thanks again for a memorable trip.

Thanks for organising a memorable trip. My family enjoyed a lot. Mamatha and Akanksha madam very cooperative and prompt. The driver needs to know about the itinerary and should be able to guide as well. Houseboat trip needs improvement, overall excellent.
