Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintaining relationship with traveler's by calling and understanding their trip related details. 2. Maintaining relationship with travel agents, ensuring that customer needs are met by the agent, ensure agent growth on TT platform 3. Ensuring goals and targets for the assigned destination and agents are achieved 4. Ensuring quality of customer experience for travellers by resolving conflicts & handling trip related responsibilities. 5. Answer customer calls courteously to provide information about Travel Triangle products and services, arrange consultations and obtain feedback about service. 6. Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat medium concerning various queries.

Account Manger

Vendor Management :: Business

Key Responsibilities:  Maintaining relationship with travel agents and responsible for agents’ growth at TravelTriangle.  Ensuring healthy retention rate of vendors.  Managing the vendor's grievances (related to payments, competition etc)  Time to time performance checks on Vendors to ensure quality output  Maintaining reports for daily activities and analyzing data to find solutions to improve efficiency in the processes.  Assure quality training of new travel agents on TravelTriangle platform in order to familiarize them with our systems leading to efficient functioning and target delivery.  Mentoring fellow team members and work collaboratively to ensure destination's overall growth.  CTC up to 4 LPA

Assistant Manager :: Business

Key Responsibilities: To review weekly/monthly performance with the team. To share AOI (Area of Improvement) and POA (Point of Action) with the team to ensure maximum output. To identify the gaps in the process for better customer experience & business profitability. Tracking performance to create a career path an opportunity at all level. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets. Collate & prepare reports on revenue achievement, order achievement for the process on daily basis. To ensure that the customers complaints are closed within TAT. To analyze reports and sharing it with the team on daily basis. To meet low performers every week and analyze their improved trend. To Share best practices with TnA team. Daily Target expectation setting with the team. Regular interaction with teams and individuals to discuss performance and identifying opportunities for personal and professional growth. Track and Maintaining the SLAs. Modify Operations as and when needed to meet service level agreements under supervision of Manager. Timely Delivery of all strategic Tasks. Designs specific action plan, which supervisor which needs to follow. Participate and drive all meetings with the clients, to review daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance. Resolve escalated customer issues. Review dashboards/ data reports on a daily basis and provide constructive feedback to their Team Managers. Hold team meetings on a regular basis with the direct reports. Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues using the prescribed performance management techniques. Work closely with the SEO and Social Media teams to create content calendars aligned with traffic goals and seasonal trends. 4. Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, tone, and accuracy. 5. Stay updated with the latest travel trends, news, and tourism policies to ensure content relevance. 6. Develop creative copy for landing pages, banners, newsletters, and influencer campaigns when required.
