Sales Manager - Holiday Packages

The candidate should have:
  • 3 years+ experience in itinerary development, client handling for outbound/domestic holiday package sales (For FITs/groups, not corporates)
  • 2 years+ experience in managing sales team of >4 team members
  • 2 years+ relationship management with b2b partners - travel agents
  • A good knowledge of world geography and destination knowledge of internatinal tourist destinations
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:
  • Manage 200+ travel agencies who would be working under your supervision
    • Acquire new agents for new destinations
    • Maintain relationship with current travel agents - Read agents' performance reports and help agents grow

    • Deep understanding of funnels and conversion process in holiday packages
    • Ability to read numbers and identify good and bad leads - Come up with plan to improve funnels
  • Mentor a team of 6-8 sales members for holiday packages (domestic + outbound)

    • Structuring out targets for next month
