It was a good experience. Hotels (food and room) and cab (drivery and vehicle conditio) provided to me was very good. Rakesh and Pradip had taken care of us very nicely during the trip. My trip planning could have been better but everything else was really good.

Though the trip was organized within a very short period just before one day but managed very well by Shivam and Som . Changu lake rout was not opened on that day but local sight seeing was good, specially monestry and museum. Darjeeling trip , light snow fall at tiger Hill is one of the memorable experience of the tour.

It was a nice experience overall. The hotels provided were good and the transportation was great. Our driver served as our tour guide as well. The communication and everything with the travel triangle team was smooth. We loved Punakha the most. Our hotel and the the vie from our room was just right out of a dream!

It's my first trip after marriage and I enjoyed every bit of it. I took only the cab service as I have personally booked the hotels of my choice. Came to know about travel triangle from google and then started searching for a good travels, initially i had a bad experience with other travels but fortunately ended up taking the service from Golden Vacation Tours & Travels. With the first interaction itself I decided to go with them, had a great service from them, all the schedule details were prompt and never had a single bad experience with them. Drivers were so polite and knowledgeable about the places, did not asked for a single rupee extra which drivers usually do, really appreciate their professionalism. You can customize the itinerary and negotiate the price accordingly. Overall fantastic experience, I would highly recommend them. The only bad experience i had was with Travel Triangle, they told me to do payment using Paytm to get the cash back of 500 for paying 5000. I did twice but I haven't received any cash back nor any message from them. The place I visited was Darjeeling & Gangtok (5 night 6 days package), from 29th Apr to 4th of May of 2018.

Overall experience was good .. it is just that I have been promised of refund of entry fees .. but I have not given the same.

Just returned from the Bhutan Trip today.I would like to inform you about my experience of the trip. Firstly, I was promised a 3 star hotel for the trip. My first hotel at Thimpu was Hotel Golden Roots which actually was a NO Star Hotel. Initially we were allotted 1 big and another a small dingy room. Both the rooms were dirty and had bed sheets with dirty marks on them. Our dream of a nice holiday were shattered there and then. The staff there refused to change the bed sheets. I had to call your agent Upashna. I told her to either shift us to another hotel or we are going to shift ourselves. After haggling for about an hour or so, she got both the rooms of the same size and also got the rooms cleaned as well and the bed sheets changed too. I requested Upashna to make sure that the other two hotels are not the same. However, Hotel Kingaling too was a No Star Hotel and the rooms given to us were in a quite in an odd location. We had to go one floor down the ground loor and the stairs were quite steep. I myself was about to fall on the first day, but was saved as my daughter was just behind me. There after I told the hotel staff to give us rooms on the ground floor. I called up Upashna again and asked her as to why she was hell bent on spoiling my family vacation. She assured me that the rooms shall be changed the next day and we were shifted to rooms on the ground floor the next day. The problem in Hotel Kingaling was,that the provisions provided here were all rationed. For example, if we asked for coffee sachets the in room, we were told that this was all that could be provided. Even the small soaps provided were rationed. The sweet dish too was rationed, one piece of Gulab jamun per person. The third Hotel, Tashi Phuntsok was ACTUALLY a 3 star hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there. It would be pertinent to add here that this hotel was requested by me and I had to pay Rs.2000/- extra than the original invoice of Rs. 175000/- with some other so called 3 star hotel. I would also like to add here that otherwise the staff at all these three hotels was very nice. Basically, I feel cheated and let down by the kind of hotels promised and actually provided to me. Time and again I had told you to ensure that we have a good holiday by providing us good hotels and even in the invoice were promised 3 star / 3 star deluxe hotels. One of the best trip of my life. Excellent co-ordination by the Golden Vacation Tours and Travels. The team of Golden Vacation was with us right from the time we landed in Delhi. The driver was excellent and have a though knowledge of Bhutan. Looking forward for more vacations with the Golden Vacation

The driver provided was very rude and did not respond properly. Had a great time in Bhutan as it’s a very scenic and beautiful place. Must visit destination

One of the best trips ever had. Well co ordinated and implemented travel package by Golden vacation. Right from the moment of landing at Bagdogra airport we felt we were taken care of by the best team. Will give 10/10 to our cab driver Mr Anup who knew the pulse of his Travellers Since we were a three member ladies group was always apprehensive of the safety point of the trip .but the assurances of the travel co ordinator Mr Debendra was never a market gimmick . We were taken care in the best possible manner. The rooms we were allotted at Hotel golden resorts at Paro was the best as we could see Tigers nest sitting in our room . We had a wonderful trip. All the arrangements were nicely. We did not face any issue. The guide who took us through all the places was amazing. Bhutan is beautiful and we will cherish the trip through out our lives.
