Trip was arranged great I like the behaviour of Preeti and her temperament to handle my all changes. The negative I can say is the driver was asking us to walk a lot which we didn’t like and also as a feedback can u ask drivers to help in getting tickets and be more helpful. Also one hotel which was give Rampratap palace was not of a good value i would like to let travel agent don’t suggest such hotel in future if the travelers want a luxurious stay so please don’t spoil their experience with such low quality hotels and staff Jawai stay and safari was awesome . jagat niwas stay view and hospitality was good but food was not to the class

Nice experience very smoothy they arranged all things. I recommend it for hassle free travelling.

We had a very nice trip & a very good experience with Trip Sailercom. Except for: Vesta Bikaner Palace. This is a nice property but not maintained & isolated

Hotel in Jaisalmer is not up to the expectation, they are serving alcohol and environment is not family friendly.

The hotel at Jaipur is not to 3 star which you stated

We planned 4N kerala trip from travel triangle..it was a family trip with 3yr old kid.. All in all Awesome experience.. All well managed and planned Mr Namit well behaved and helpful .. Driver was funny friendly and goes with the rules.. Only issue was the food..which was not in the itenary.. I will delegate food availability also to travel triangle next time.. Munnar.. We booked a 6 Days / 5 Nights Kerala trip and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Right from hotel suggestions, locations, and sightseeing planning, everything was arranged in a very professional and well-organized manner. The entire trip was offered at a reasonable price without compromising on quality. Our cab driver was highly skilled, polite, and had excellent communication skills, which made the journey smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the travel company did a fantastic job in planning and executing our holiday. We truly appreciate their efforts and would definitely recommend their services to anyone planning a trip.

Travel agent was rude and arrogant when I asked for help. He promised something else and at the moment he he refused to deliver. Even he didn't covered the mentioned points in my itinerary. Too bad experience on travel agents behalf

Worst experience with Travel tringle and trip sailer, I booked hotels for my trip with 4 star category, after making payment trip sailer changed my hotels to lowerand worst class hotels by stating that rooms are not available even they didnot discussed with me for changing hotels, when I checked other platform room are showing vacent, also after change of hotel they didnot refund the differential amount as well, after that when I went for check in I found that rooms not booked and on my complaint they booked the hotel to a third class hotel, and after spending 3 hours outside hotel I have to go for another hotel, trip sailer is a completely fraud company and behaviour of sheetal and saurabh was too bad, they are not customer oriented and totally unprofessional, when I made complaint to travel tringle executive, he was also feeling helpless and not supported to me, I am surprize to see that travel tringle is doing business with such fraud agents. worst experience this time but still I expect that Travel tringle will help in refunding differential amout and will take strict action to this fraud company trip sailer. worst experience

The entire travel itinerary is quite smooth and clearly planned.
