The travel agent has changed the plan due to landslides in Wayanad but the new plan is too hectic due to long travel

The travel agency was very helpful in planning my at my budget. The hotel booked were upto the expectation. The driver who was also the tour guide was familiar with place and the route. The driver was was very helpful,polite and punctual. Had a wonderful trip.

The only regret is houseboat stay. The boat was nothing like the picture shown by agent.

My travel agent is Alia Ansar she is really very helpfull n daily she called twice a day to care us as a customer in my life first time i saw a travel agent who work so simserly thanks Alia n definety i refer to all my friend n relative to always booked holiday package from you All are a memorues only i m happy

Excellent job by cab personnel.. Very timely and polite.. Very good knowledge of places visited. Hotel services was good.. Apart from ventilation issues, the location and services were excellent. Houseboat, its location and services could be better. Exceptional hotel balcony view of the waterfalls.

Geyser is not working in hotel room amer valley in jaipur, but its good that they have arranged the alternative electricity heater, make sure this won't be frequent scenario's. Coming to driver he is a good person with polite behaviour but coming to work level he needs to improve he is not sure of the routes which caused a lot of delay sometimes , it would be great if you can arrange driver with good knowledge on routes for respective trip plan. Which saves both driver and our time instead of leading to wrong route.

It was a smooth and hassel free trip. Namit curated the package perfectly. The resort was awesome and the driver as very well trained and knew every spots and places perfectly. All in all it was a great experience.
