It was a nice experience post the trip started, before the trip a lot of calls had to happen for the right itinerary and details...the last hotel was not good as the room was not properly ready..the TV remote was missing, the tea kettle wasn't working etc

Overall Trip is good but can be even better. Stay is excellent in Guruvauyr, Munnar and Kovalam Beach. I asked for a room in alleppey with only ride in Houseboat but the Tour operator promised a very good Houseboat. The Houseboat it not that great. Cab is average but the Driver is very good. There should be type of cabs to chose from before finalizing the trip similar to rooms.

The trip was well organized and enjoyed

Overall experience was good mainly because of the cab driver who was really cooperative and punctual. But there were few things that needs to be improved. 1. When a hotel is recommended the distance from hotel to place of visit should be mentioned. We had no idea that Spice Lap Thekkady was more than 25 kms away from Thekkady. 2. Sharing of Hotel Room photos that has been booked should be compulsory from your end. As Spice Lap Thekkady's room was a disaster for us. We hated it. Munnar Stay and Sights

We have enjoyed a lot during our trip..thanks to the travel agent who customised the package as per my convenience and budget..they were very helpful...also the travel agent Aji was friendly and helpful.

We had a good time except House Boat. Munnar Tea Village is very good their service was OK but Rooms and location is very nice same is with Varkala Elixir Resort is amazing and service is to next level. Only Not a good exp is house boat I forgot the vendor boat is not maintained and people are not interested in taking places.. just time pass. Food is also not good.

It was indeed a Great First time experience. hassle Free Tour. ravikumar was an excellent Driver also the Tour Agent was Informative. Never felt like to put some efforts on the planning.Just a small Suggestion if any add ons can be provided during the airport a complimentary small gift from Travel triangle would be cherry on the cake. GOLDEN TEMPLE, ST PHILEMONA CHURCH, SILENT BROOK RESORT A MUST TO GO PLACE. IT IS EXACTLY LIKE THE NAME SILENT BROOK.

This trip has surpassed all my expectations in terms of quality hotels, food and experiences. Trip was very effectively planned and we covered numerous places well in time. 10/10 recommended for friends and family. Everything is good. Driver is also fine but little bit fast driving apart from that everything is good from his side.

The travel agent has changed the plan due to landslides in Wayanad but the new plan is too hectic due to long travel

The travel agency was very helpful in planning my at my budget. The hotel booked were upto the expectation. The driver who was also the tour guide was familiar with place and the route. The driver was was very helpful,polite and punctual. Had a wonderful trip.
