It was a great tour experience. Very well planned by Trip sailer agent (Namit), Traveltriangle. I was explained everything in detail by Namit and the Driver(Sajith Joseph) too was awesome, he has guided us about the places and local specialities through out the tour and has taken care of our family with utmost respect and friendly behaviour. Excellent service overall. Thanks for giving our family many good moments to cherish.

Recently I have completed my trip to golden triangle (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) with my family. This trip was booked with Trip sailor on travel triangle platform. Initially I was hesitant to use travel triangle since it is a online platform but travel triangle support helped in clearing initial doubts about the platform and then I connected with Preeti Aggarwal from TripSailor. Preeti was helpful and approachable throughout the tour and provided best itinerary with in our budget. During the tour as well she was available all the way over the call. Hotels and Cab arrangements were also good and in particular cab coordinator Parvinder was very friendly and provided great service . Overall It was pleasant experience with Tripsailor.

I enjoyed and had a pleasant time in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Agra. Thank you, Ms Preeti, for the planning, and Mr Parminder and Shankar for caring and driving me during these days.

Trip agent was co-operative. Jaipur hotel were not up to the mark w.r.t cleanlyness and Food quality . Co ordination is needed between the Agent and Cab owner for the payments.

Outstanding experience with travel triangle. I booked a trip to Kerala with family and we all are really enjoyed alot. Hassle free trip planning and execution.

This was my second trip booked with TravelTriangle. The vendors on TT provides quotes in quick time, provided details and helped book. All good. We had last minute hotel change due to issues at the hotel end, still this spoilt our experience to some extent. The site seeing, hotels, cab etc. were as per the plan offered. The driver did choose some site-seeing spots and skipped some based on his convenience. Overall, the trip was value for money, we enjoyed our 5-day visit to Kerala.

Planner is just a middle person working with Hotels and travelers. Though they claim to have control over everything it's not the case. Better to go with a local agent who is connected and knows things.

Both the trip and Trip sailer support was good. Lets also share +/- about trip. Positive: 1. The cab and cab driver [Bhawani Singh] was great, and very helping nature. 2. Food of both the hotels were superb. Needs to improvement: 1. As I have booked the trip request much in-advance, the expectation was to get the best safari zone to visit, but the Safari zone (Zone 7) given to me had a really bad route. Strictly No-No, if you are travelling with small kid. This should be taken care by agent and guest should be better updated on this. 2. With past travel experience, I somewhere know that when we book the rooms from agents v/s we book the rooms directly; the hotel keeps the separate rooms. And the same thing happened in Jaipur, it was a corner room, where the tap, hand shower were not working; also there was tore plastic sheet in bathroom partition, which can anytime hurt the guest. The same was informed to hotel reception. 3. When you pay for the trip, which also means the planning remains with trip agent. But, agent shared the coordinator name [cab/safari], where guest needs to contact them for any further lead and planning. This should be well managed.

We had a good time. Tempo reached the station on time and the driver took good care of taking us to different places. Room stay was comfortable and neat. The only flaw in planning was the location of the room and the sites. All sites were very far away from the room stay and for food it was so difficult. Jeep ride to Mandalpetti peak and river rafting.
