First thing the point of contact was not responding timely. All the time have to chase them up. Atleast travel should co-ordinate and ask are we alive or dead. Still trying to contact them but no reply from their side.Disatisfied with the service. Improve urself guys. Someone is paying lots of money don't disappoint .secondly the cab driver's behavior could be better.

In one of the hotels,kettle and tea bags were not made available for morning tea.And they charged for tea supplied at 6am.It cause inconvenience to aged customer.Try to improve this aspect. Udaipur Palace

Aal are superb. Specially hotel are really memorable..all staff are superb and specially their food..i am very happy with that hotel

Initially we were worried that after making so much advance payment if something goes wrong me and my friends (accompanied ) will be very upset. However each and every programme went through smoothly. Miss.Sandhya was indeed very co-operative . All the hotels were perfect, Breakfast and Dinner very tasty and hygienic. Room service of all hotels, location etc. was really good . No doubt we will again take your services for other locations but fully recommended to all our friends. All the best. Travel triangle helped me to plan my Munnar trip without any hustle. Every thing went well as discussed with my travel agent.

Car was provided only for certain time which was not mentioned in itenary

Improve communication to avoid embarrassment during the journey. Best memory would be at the houseboat, although the houseboat required much much improvement as well as cleanliness!

The arrangements of tour was extremely good. The nature was more beautiful during slight rain at Munnar.
