In one of the hotels,kettle and tea bags were not made available for morning tea.And they charged for tea supplied at 6am.It cause inconvenience to aged customer.Try to improve this aspect. Udaipur Palace

Initially we were worried that after making so much advance payment if something goes wrong me and my friends (accompanied ) will be very upset. However each and every programme went through smoothly. Miss.Sandhya was indeed very co-operative . All the hotels were perfect, Breakfast and Dinner very tasty and hygienic. Room service of all hotels, location etc. was really good . No doubt we will again take your services for other locations but fully recommended to all our friends. All the best. Lovely Himalaya Darshan from Hotel Visakha Palace Kausani and stay at Jim Corbett Treat Resort stay at bunglows with swimming pool and of course guidance and support of Miss. Sandhya .

Improve communication to avoid embarrassment during the journey. Best memory would be at the houseboat, although the houseboat required much much improvement as well as cleanliness!
