Shimla hotel was haresment for me worst room service and 2nd day shift to another hotel and that also 20 kms outside of shimla.I don't know I was with my wife on my honeymoon or with the agent.Please stop giving excuses. There was no memories which I can say best by your service.

The driver are arranging guides and saying it's complimentary from agency and they are only taking to few monuments and are taking us to shopping centres...these are very tough to escape ...in jaisalmer...they missed the main fort and only showed us museums owned by private...When asked they said it will take a lot of time....if this is a case we will be completely trapped and whole purpose of travel is gone....we good only covered ajmer fort ..jantar mantar and jalmahal...other 2 forts...hawamahal was skipped since they took us to few cottage industries saying they are really good...once you enter you are completely trapped as they will not allow you out until you are going through all there shops Shingvi haveli stay...staff is very good..beautiful rooms...and view....although issue is the congested way to each there Jodhpur fort....was very good Hotel Pallete golden heritance - wonderful stay NIKHIL our trip agent was also very supportive

There was lack of communication and co-ordination between the travel agent and service provider due to which I had to face a lot of issues. However, other than this, the experience of the trip was memorable. Had a relaxing and rejuvenating trip to Kerala.

There was no proper communication between the agent and the transporter regarding the travel plan. Hence as offered Manu temple visit was disturbed and had to come back own. The driver was drunken on duty time and was taking too much time for his food, etc. It took around 18 hours (from 12AM on 2nd to 7PM) to reach Manali. As per the plan nothing happened in first day except travel from Delhi to Manali. Hotel stay arranged was excellent. Driver was not in uniform

CAB driver was very rude starting and A/C of CAB was kept to normal temperature not to cool and CAB driver left us before one day of completion and provided another CAB I think that was not good but other all things were Good. Everything.

Driver is commercial, he is always trying to take us to the activities where he is getting commission

It was a wonderful vacation in Udaipur . Every thing was well organized. Nice stay in hotels. The cab driver was a nice person. Travel agent was always there for any help.

Trip Sailor did a very good work in booking our trip. Mr. Nikhil (Travel Agency) was always reachable and Mr. Arjun (driver) was ver polite and cooperative. Hotels were upto the mark. Thanks a lot for making our Jodhpur, Mount Abu and Udaipur trip memorable.
