Apart from hotel location nothing was good. First thing the point of contact was not responding timely. All the time have to chase them up. secondly hotel provideed and the service was not at all good. Its just a good location nothing else. Atlst travel should co-ordinate and ask are we alive or dead. Disatisfied with the service. Improve urself guys. Someone is paying lots of money don't disappoint them Hotel location

Overall pretty good trip. Cab & driver were good. Punctual and professional. If I nitpick there were a few issues, like one of the places suggested Chail was a waste of time. Also few places that were suggested for Site seeing in Delhi was closed on Monday. This information I expect the travel agent to know and share.

Dealing of travel guide need to be improved. Munnar trip was memorable. The cab driver, Mr Ajmal is polite & soft spoken person. We are satisfied with his driving and the services rendered by him. Thanks for nice travel arrangement made at a reasonable rate.
