Our trip to Himachal was very well planned and was a good experience. 1. However, Hotel Saffire in Chandigarh was a worst place to stay. the food quality was bad and the hotel rooms were also very small and in bad condition with broken toilet seats. 2. In Manali our stay was in Vivaan Resort the place and rooms are good. But again the bed sheets and hygiene was not good. Also the resort has a roof top restaurant on the 3 rd floor, which is very difficult for old people and also given the cold climate its very difficult to climb that high. Our driver Dharmendra was very good and helpful.

Trip was comfortable all arrangement are fine specially thanks to my cab driver Mr. naresh mehta. He is nice person.during traveling Mr.mehta very careful bcz of road are zigzag also he is guide us during local sight seeing. I hope that when I plan to next trip definitely contact to trip seller .

The agent did not bothered to call me once and update me about the schedule or places which i was suppose to visit. Chandani chowk was close on sunday and still agent added this in my iternary on sunday. Driver was not updated about many places and roads many times i had to depend on google map. And a local driver who is updated about places and roads was my most important priority. Rupam hotel did not served buffet breakfast and their say was when they dont have more clients they dont serve breakfast this should have been updated by agent as the same hotel was suggested by them. While returning the driver was just in hurry for droping us airport.because of which we had to quickly finish fatepur sikri. And on the way we insisted driver that we dont want to get late( because according to him it will take 7 hours from fatepur to delhi )but still the driver stoped at one posh hotel where he wanted to have breakfast stating he do not like the food available at fatepur and we waited in car for 20 min. And when we reached delhi early by 4.30 we requested driver to take us to some hotel then he was like there are no restaurant on this roots and after this i showed him some restaurant on hotels on map and then he took us to some local area. For a minute i did not understand who was the client and who was the driver. He was just in hurry to drop us to airport thats it but we had suffient time which . The schedule and places to visit along with other discussions was not discussed with driver and he was blank. What role here travel triangle or their agent has played. This was just booking hotels and cab and then rest all is on client.If i had to go for this i had option of booking the same through make my trip. I will not recommended travel traingle or trip sailor to any one instead will tell them to book everything on their own. Have many tips but dont feel like sharing.

Last day there was huge confusion between cab driver and travel agents regarding airport dropping time. Airport dropping time was 6 pm but driver dropped us at 1 pm even when he was told to drop us at 6 pm. I do not appreciate this whole incident. We wanted to go for little shopping in the market so driver told us that you can take a bus or rickshaw from airport to go to market instead taking us there. House boating in allepey was a great experience

On second day there was shortage of eggs and curd during breakfast.not expected if we paid that much amount.

Booked a 7 days/6 nights trip for Kerala from TripSailer for my Parents. Initially there response was very good for all our queries but after we booked from them they started to ignore us. I had asked them for changing the car as the car provided by them was not ok with us. The Travel Triangle agent who helped me book the tour said that the car will be changed with no additional cost but just a day before the trip he said they cannot change the car and if they change it will be chargeable. Still we adjusted with that. From starting we had clearly mentioned that we need a Driver that speaks only Hindi but a day before the trip we come to know that the driver doesn't now Hindi at all. I had called the Trip Sialer Agent MR. SOURABH but got very very rude response from him( His was the 1st number given to us for any sort of problems & queries but still no help from him). After a lot of struggle we talked with the Travel Triangle agent and he assured us that that problem will be solved but nothing of that sort happened and my Parents had to adjust with the same driver all along with a loooot of communication problems. I am really disappointed with the Trip Sailer (It was my 1st booking with them) and in future will surely avoid any packages given to us by them. Booked many trips from Travel Traingle but this trip was not up to the mark.
