Service provided by hotels was terrible, specially food was totally waste of money with a high end MAP plan I get nothing. Best is only the driver of the trip who know the every point of itineraries well and very cooperative. Which results good journey ahead.

The trip was well planned and good time was given in both cities of jodhpur and Jaisalmer. This was our anniversary trip and it became memorable. There were some issue though. The driver had no clue what were the actual destinations in our trip. He had no idea what were hotels were we supposed to go. He had no idea which places were to be covered when. Though he was a great guy and tried to show us everything but it could've been planned in a better way. The hotels were amazing. Except for the desert camp. The dynasty desert camp was the biggest disappointment of the trip. The tent they first gave us was torn. No hot water (just a bucket of lukewarm water that came at 6am in morning after that it was cold). The camel ride person left us in the desert and didn't came back to pick us up. We had to travel all the way walking to the camp. There was no communication between the camp people and the camel ride person. We had been promised the ride of 3km when we booked but he hardly took us across the road and left us there. Otherwise the trip was amazing. Rest of the hotels were fabulous. The best part of the trip were the hotels. Indana palace, hotel jaisalkot and the Bishnoi village resort and camp. The night at bishnoi village camp was memorable due to the serene ambience and amazing food. Mehrangarh fort and jaswant thada were the best places visited. The coordination between the tripsales travel agent and car driver was not present. The driver had no idea where to drop us and which places are present in the list. It should've been better.

Everything was great starting from stay at laxmi palace and rafting. But once we reached at the second heaven Adventure it didn't went that well. As lunch was delivered around 4, dinner at 11 and breakfast was not even prepared when we left around 9.15am. there were shortage of blankets camp fire was a failure .

We stayed for 3nights in Delhi covering all local sightseeing of Delhi and 2 nights in Agra covering Mathura, Vrindavan, Fatehpur Sikhri and local sightseeing of Agra. Our hotels were Delhi Darbar in Delhi( though shifted to Apra International because we landed in Delhi around 8: 30, rooms were not free till 12 noon, so shifted) and Hotel Sun in Agra. As per our budget, hotels were fine. Delhi hotel was within the market area in Karol Bagh, so it was really good. Hotel Sun in Agra was very near to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. We had a car booked for our entire trip from airport to airport for the full trip. It was 5 nights 6 days trip. Cab service and the driver Monu ji was very good and helpful. It was overall a good experience.

Travel Trip Advisor Neha did good cooridnation between TripSailor and us. We can trust Travel Triangle and pay the amount without any doubts in mind as they guarantee for amount return and as well take responsibility on behalf of travel agents. Trip Sailor organized out trip very well and Driver provided was very good. Driver and Travel agent Preeti was quick to adopt our request here and there. Trip went well and it was memorable. Only thing is there was some communication Gap in booking room in A R Residency and we are made to wait for quiet long time and burdened with extra cost. This was resolved by Miss Neha from Travel Triangle agent and for this reason, I will defnitely suggest to my family and friends to book the trip through Travel Triangle.

Corbett on a long Christmas Weekend arrranged by Trip Sailer - Dec'17 RESORT (Corbett Treat Resort, Village Dehala)-- Rooms: Good Food: Great Facilities at Resort: As per our budget, quite good Hospitality: Amazing CAB (Tempo Traveller)-- Comfort: Ok Driver: Rude and Arrogant Coordination: Poor we were blackmailed by the driver (apparently who was the owner of the cab company who had to step in for the missing driver) innumerous times that he would leave without us if he doesn't get the money in time. We had to spend considerable amount of time to coordinate that he gets paid and at the end had to pay from our pocket, a portion of which has still not been reimbursed to us even after a week of the trip Jungle Safari-- (Sitabani Forest) Experience: Worst Coordination: Poor We booked the trip, hotel, safari etc as a package almost a month back, yet no initiative was taken by the agent to help us get a good experience of the safari. We were informed about the exact safari track only the previous night and taken to the most populous track, where more than 90-100 jeeps were completing the safari simultaneously. We were informed that this track is generally last minute tourists or those who book the resorts/hotels themselves and are unaware of the fact that other tracks, which are not only less congested but also more beautiful , with higher chances of spotting the fauna can be booked online, merely few days in advance. Basically, there was no benefit of having a 'travel expert' to our aid. Overall Coordination: We agree that we changed the number of travellers after the booking and there would be complications involved with that. But the package was sold to us on this assurance that the modification would not be a problem and on this ground alone, the deal was won over the other agents by Trip Sailer. We thank for somehow and almost catering to all our demands, however, the inconveniences faced by us can't be ignored. Most importantly, when the issue with regard to fitting the group of 8 into safaris having maximum capacity of 6 was being discussed, the coordinator we had from day 1, who sold the package to us, went missing by putting his colleague, who were probably not aware of the fact that the modification in booking was done by us was indicated already to the travel agent, thereby leading to even more chaos. Thanks to the senior agents from Trip Sailer who had to step in and helped sort the issue, but such escalations do affect the fun element of holidays. I would though not advice against relying on Trip Sailer, but I would recommend the travelers to be cautious with your agents and tread cautiously upon the false promises or high hopes offered.

over all trip is good except the last day trip of Jim Corbett. Visit to Jim Corbett is wastage of money and time as tripsailer did not arrange Safari from core zone of tiger reserve inspite of package booking done 1 month ago. Visit to Nainital, Kausani and Ranikhet is awesome experience.
