hotels in nainital & jim corbett are nice but in ranikhet hotel is terrible and it's looking horrible. Windows of my rooms have no locks it just i can open from indoor and from outdoor and it is far away from main market.

The experience with the driver was terrible. His communication skills were poor. He did things according to himself. Did not listen at all. I had complained to the company from which the driver came but no action was taken. Please make the necessary chnges so that other customers dont face the same issue

We have book Clasic type of room according price not provide 4 star facilities , Hotel is good but negligence in room cleaning ,food is good but daily same same fish in menu, otherwise good experience Nice view from room

Hotels at Bhimtal -royal rosette ...a premium room was the best ....service ...food....&everything was best.....at Ranikhet the delux room as per the itinerary was changed by an inferior room & the complain regarding too did not help....the worst experience was Himvadi resort at Kasauni .... superdelux room was in very bad condition telephone in room not working ... switches loose enouhg frightening to pop out .....& the worst part was purse was stolen ....thank God! after police arrival & going through cctv coverage on re-searching by staff of the hotel in my presence the purse could be recovered from the outer pocket of the suitcase where both of us had already searched n number of times ....highly fishy ....! Hotel at jimcorbet was again a very good one with all facilities ...a welcome drink & all.Safari arrangement was confusive & could be clarified only by evening after several calls to prabha madam & maqsood khan But inspite of all this we enjoyed the trip a lot & I can recommend strongly tripsailor. com for their good services with a few modifications here and there. It was highly enjoyable ....whether Bhimtal Nainital .... navkuchiatal ...paragliding at Navkuchiatal....ranikhet .... What most we enjoyed was evening views of vast panaroma in the sky ...morning very lovely sunrise ...even ice on himalayan peaks ....highly soul contenting Sumitra Nandan Pant's memorial ...Gandhi's anashakti ashram ... & all inspite of horrifying experience at the hotel Jimcorbet...jungle safari wehad to content ourselves only with dear peacock ..birds etc but couldn't see tiger ...just luck Cause in thesame gate noon trip it could be seen!

Agent service poor after payment

Tripsailer is.one.of the good travel agent who managed bookings at very fair prices. It was value for money deal.

We took this package for 7 nights 6 days tour to Uttarakhand... Prabha from trip sailer was a great help coz she actually arranged for most of the things we asked for including all the spots and that we requested and changes in the itinerary.. Even though we were tight in budget she managed to get the best possible hotels for us.. The cab person was also a good fellow.. took help of Google maps when he wasn't sure of things. only sad part was that he didn't move an inch out of the itinerary and stuck to the places mentioned in it. He was also unhappy about going to kausani.. thankfully we didn't cancel it coz of his misguiding... Nature's valley resort was the best hotel in the entire journey... still remember how we all were amazed to see the entire valley filled with mist and the sun rising above it.. and the cherry on the cake was the sight of Himalayas from the same gallery...

De alturas resort restaurant food is very poor.

The hotels provided were excellent & so was the food but the tempo traveller provided was equally bad - AC was not working properly and moreover driver was totally non cooperative & with attitude . Drastics steps has to be taken regarding the vehicle & driver otherwise you will not get your customers back HOtels & food weer excellent

It was a family outing between May 6 - May 12, 2017. We chose Nainital (3 days), Kausani(2 days), Ranikhet (1 day). It was a very nice trip and all of us enjoyed the complete vacation. Thanks to Prince Mahajan from Travel Triangle and Preeti Agarwal from Trip Sailor for all the arrangement. We stayed in Rio Grand in Nainital. This hotel is relatively new and the staff was not very professional, but as and when we asked for towels, clean sheets, maintain cleanliness etc. they duly obliged. Though we expected these would be standard procedures, nevertheless they co-operated. Kausani was really wonderful, with cool weather. We were quite lucky to see the himalayan mountains, though very faint, before clouds gathered again. We stayed in Suman Royal Resort in Kausani. Here, we had an initial hiccup. The hotel folks were a bit rude and mentioned that we don't have a booking, but soon Preeti Agarwal resolved and we got rooms. The rooms were big and great. The food was excellent and the hotel staff took good care of us. Ranikhet was comparatively warmer, but the hotel Woodsville Resort was excellent. Large rooms and great view of the valley below. Overall, we enjoyed all the 6 days, great food, wonderful stay. P.S. The driver (Deepak) who was with us for the whole week was a nice gentle guy who knew all the routes and was a very safe driver. The transport co-ordinator was also very nice person who used to call us daily and check for the time when we would need the vehicle. The vehicle would come daily on time. Special thanks to Preeti for co-operating when booking the hotels, we were doing plenty of back and forth as we were not certain about the quality of the service. Mukteshwar temple near Nainital, boating ride at Saat Tal,Himalayan view at Kausani, Morning walk in the hills at Ranikhet.
