hotel services were very good but i would give it to the management of hotel, the things which were handled by trip sailer like private cab and bus timings were not communicated properly. cab provided was alto that too on sharing basis not a personal cab. intially it was promised to provide private swift cab. u have to ask them for cab and all the details during the trip. this is pathetic. instead they should provide all the details correctly and on time by themselves.

It was a wonderful trip with your team and my special thanks to prabha (Trip sailer) who arranged the trip. it was a very bad experience in Hotel Queens Medao Ranikhet. Neither Hotel was good nor the behavior of Hotel staff was good. Cab and driver's behavior was very good but it is my suggestion that please try to provide local driver who's well known with places to visit. Spending time in kaushani and feel that you are in the lap of Nature... Inexpressible

Initially, work on your cab segment! The cab service is pathetic, Cab providers are so unprofessional. I insisted during my booking again and again on availabity of a good driver and you orated your fixed reply " sir, our drivers are family drivers!" While the truth is that you don't know even who is going to provide the cab. Stop repeating these false replies please. The first day was wasted on the driver issue. Second day we got a nice driver after 15 calls to the cab providers. hotels provided were good and staff at every hotel was very cordial. Please don't book semi deluxe room for any one in nature valley resort. The resort people are amazing but not the semi deluxe rooms. Moreover, call at least once while the customers are on travel, to get their know how. It seems very mean when you don't call after getting money while your service part is still left. Hotels, hotel staff and the food!

It was a pleasant trip and well organized. The locations were planned in correct sequence. The Jungle Camp was the only place of minor discomfort due to average food quality and the neighbouring camps with noisy drunken occupants overnight. Not suitable for families. Bhimtal and River rafting was an outstanding experience !

Simla hotel was very dirty and unhigenic to stay same was informed to Tripsailer while checking but no response

Transport was very bad. Faced alot problem due to transport issue. Mr. Lucky doesn't knw how to talk to the customer. Hotel was very nice..

Every things were fine but in corbet i was not told that my safari trip is not of Corbet national park but it is of sitavani area. I was told that initially safari wd be jim corbet national park. Rest is fine and ok

I got different cab not the same car which was mentioned in the package ..just confirm with agent why they provide me alto. Welcome park hotel service...somewhere around cab driver was also good.

His attitude was not good at all in the whole trip and shown a very bad behaviour. He was always demanding for extra charge for local site visit every time. So I would advise you to arrange a good driver for your other clients so that they could have a good experience and memories with their trip. Proper guidelines is not provided

Trip Sailer are fraud people. They haven't provided the promised services. They mentioned super delux room in the voucher but offered delux room only. They didn't booked my Jungle Safari tickets even thought it was in the inclusions. Overall I had very bad experience. Very cheap and unprofessional peaople.

Everything was well organized and informed. Cab driver was good and supportive. Bheemtal hotel Royal Rossette was best with excellent food quality and supportive staff. Paragliding in Bheemtal, Boating in Nainital and wonderful scenery and atmosphere in Sattal.
