Everything was well organized and informed. Cab driver was good and supportive. Bheemtal hotel Royal Rossette was best with excellent food quality and supportive staff. Paragliding in Bheemtal, Boating in Nainital and wonderful scenery and atmosphere in Sattal.

wonderful trip..Well organised and everything on time by the travel agent..the only issue was with driver pushing us a lot to see places that he wishes us to go instead of we wanted to go including the places we wanted to eat...Otherwise good experience with Trip sailer and TT

After the whole trip I questioned myself, why I booked a package through this worst travel agent? I could book a cab and hotel with atleast 25% of lower cost? Before booking they made some promises regarding my food which they can't provide. mr saurav you can't decide what type of food I will eat. before my trip I ensured that they will provide me nonveg but after showing you our chat discussion during booking also you were not able to provide you. I request all travellers please don't be fool by choosing this agency. You will get the lowest quality room in hotel as you are a package customer. They will not even reply you if you are in trouble. only good thing was I got a good Driver Raju.

Cab driver didn't come last day to drop us at private bus stand as it was included in package. I had to pay 200 for just 2 -3 KM in hurry because less time was left to catch the bus. Volvo which was provided to us while returning was third class. They were stopping when ever they want and for no reason for unlimited time

my Agent booked in worst bus traveler. It took 20 hrs travel from delhi to manali. For Manali-Delhi, we reserved seats 13,14 but bus operators asked us to sit 27,28. we felt bad bus journeys delhi-manali and Manali-delhi. Rest of the services were good

all service are very good but shimla hotel is not good category.

Hotel was good, trip plan was executed per the day by day activity planned. Trip Sailer did the job very well. experience while talking with Manish is commendable and joyous.i faced the teething at local goa folks who managed some water sports but overall the trip was fabulous. Grand Island tour was a good remembrance. local sightseeing was a bit stretched journey for the 1st day (140Kms). Second day (100Kms)! of sightseeing, small AC bus was provided where the AC unit at the back-seat was completely open and water was dripping. Grand Island tour is a good remembrance out of Goa trip for us. They managed well and the food was delicious and hot served at the island.
