Ease of booking is good. Travel agent Tannu was prompt. U can improve ur app UI though it's very confusing.

1. Received a call back from only one travel agent. Hence i had to proceed with them only. In the last minute some other agent called and quoted a lesser price. It felt like an auction. 2. I was informed by the agent that the 2nd installment of payment if not made on time the trip would be cancelled by Travel Triangle and the first installment of 10k would not be refunded. I don't understand this policy since already the payments are collected in advance and how can the T&C say that it will not be refunded, trip will be cancelled and stuff? Are you threatening the customers or what? After all its a trip we are planning to have a good time and not all customers are rich enough to forego the 10k and just cancel the trip. 3. We weren't informed about the timings and token system and the crowd in Periyar Tiger reserve. We had to waste 3 full hours there just waiting to get tickets. I dint google about anything because i assumed that the travel agent is there to assist with the itinerary and timings. We were disappointed about this part. 4. The cab driver was helpful during most part of the trip. However during drop in Madurai, since he had to drive back to his place for 7 hours he rushed us up too much. We were understanding of it and did leave early from Thekkady. But i made it clear enough while booking the trip the drop is in Madurai. 5. The patio had very good reviews online. But we dint like it. The room given to us was not clean. And the restaurant had both veg and non veg with heavy smell of meat. So we had to spend extra inspite of breakfast being complimentary. Hotels in Hrishikesh is Good. In jim corbet property was very good. In Nainital hotel was Good. We enjoyed the trip very much. Rivers rafting experience was amazing and excited

I chosen travel triangle for guided tour where I don't have to stress myself on itenary. However I see I got only bookings done but the sight visiting was all random and not planned proper. It's hard time for me to coordinate with can driver and I had to research and plan my itenary . Some of the places were missed because of this plan issues. Example I am not aware soochipoora has 1200 tickets which should be first in the morning in that case, but it was not planned first. Last day also to visit muthangi which is on the way also I need to request and coordinate with cab coordinator. Overall it's not the experience I expected. I suggest to prepare a step by step itenary instead of simply placing the list of places. List of places are all available over internet, people like me look for guided tour and allocate drivers who are friendly and willing to show more places as travelers are there to visit places and places expect coordial behavior.

I had to follow up on the mentioned discounts. They had charged more than the agreed price, to get the refund had to follow up for 2 days.

Trip was nice .. also cab driver was very supportive and treated us very well ...just a house boat thing was quiet unacceptable regarding LOTUS Houseboat..... our stay at houseboat was honeymoon special during checkout they charged us Money for rose petals tint. Just a negative impact of lotus houseboat, otherwise trip was amazing.

It was a awesome trip. 10 year's back also we had same awesome experience with Travel triangle.
