Overall i would say experience was good. However faced some issues. Travel agent tripsailer and cab coordinator: i think the POC was more interested in getting tye payment. After that there was no responsibility or ownership for any issue. I wanted to add some kochi sightseeing and asked I was ready to make payment. I had informed this to the trip advisor poc at the beginning of the trip also. She said to connect with cab coordinator. If she is my POC she should coordinate or else why has agent taken the money. During the discussion things didn't go as I wanted, but the coordinator became kind of rude and said he is not authorised to hav any discussion with me whereas the agent kept telling talk to cab coordinator. It looked as both didn't want to take ownership. The issue was earlier when I had asked agent to remove kochi from itinerary she discounted only 1k but when I asked to add it later, they said it wil be 2k. Their explanation did not seem to be understandable to me. The trip agent and cab coordinator both pushed things on each other. The cab drivers were good and helpful no complaints with them.

I am sachin londhe obtained for 5 nights 6 days 4 star hotel package from Kochi to Munnar for 3 adults. 1. First night from Prime palace hotel in Kochi , my experience with hotel was not good. Breakfast was pathetic and charges were taken was also not justified. There was no extra bed given but a mattress. I would rate this hotel as 2 star with zero service. 2. Second day at Alleppy houseboat was also not good except the food and upper deck. There was no activity we did post 530pm except 2 hours ride in the lake. Captain and Cook was good but the houseboat quality was not at par the rate charged. We expect an improvement. 3. Thekkedy hotel was good but hotel restaurant staff was not courteous enough. Cab driver was reluctant to take us for a site seeing in thekkedy. 4. Munnar hotel was good with good restaurant staff and overall our experience was good. Site seeing was average places. Overall i would rate 3 out of 5 for Kochi prime palace hotel, Alleppy houseboat poor interiors and no extra bed. Also houseboat pictures were not shared by Namit your travel executive. We should have been allocated individual villa or apartment in Munnar. 1. Houseboat ride was an unique experience. And felt good. 2. Thrkkedy and Munnar hotels were best with amenities and good balcony views. Aranyaka hotel was too good with waterfall view.

Amazing experience during current trip.. but funding a SPOC from travel triangle is really difficult as I still have few dues of my last trip.

Hotel which is booked in Munnar it is even not eligible for 1 star also. Even after advance booking also they have allocated rooms in different floors and which are not good. No facilities like hot water, towels, cleanliness.

All arrangements were good except Jaisalmer hotel and food. Driver was good

Initially, I was sceptical about booking through travel triangle as it was my first time through tt but everything went well. All went as per plan and it was a good experience. I suggest people booking through tt to thoroughly check and do review check in Google and other sites about the hotels and the itenary of the schedule. It's good and okay okay hotel in varkala..and complementary breakfast apart from munnar and varkala is not that great

Hotels are good but food prices don't much with what they service. Foods quality needed to improve

We used the service to visit Jaipur. Traveled from delhi by car. Hotel was very good. Car driver was excellent and friendly Visit to the elevant park

We had a memorable wayanad trip. I loved resort location(karapuzha village resort)and lake view from my room. Driver Santosh was well aware of the site seeing places. He was calm and behaved professionally. Trip coordinator (Namit) listened to all my requests and provided a vacation.

Hotel in Waynad was superb and awesome but the house keeping was not as expected , They didn't change the sheets and clean washroom , and even didn't take the coffee cup that we use to have outside the room . Hotel in Coorg they have replaced the hotel and the hotel ambience is good but room is not as expected , Dental kit was not provided except soap and room was full of ants and mosquito , we where not getting hot water in morning and waited for 30 mins to fix it up. Transport - This was not comfortable to sit and AC was leaking both in front side and back side water was leaking via AC vent , and the seat was lose every time break seat is shaking , Driver says its bold was loose Overall we didn't met the correct Iternity provided . Day 3 was flop for us , Day 4 in coorg is simply superb except room. Food : Corrg resort food was not as expected and they don't have enough variety , But in Waynad it was good .
