Hotels - pls check whether lift facilities are available or not. We got a hotel on last day which was in 2nd floor & how any aged person take steps(Shri Ram Residency in Jodhpur) & also bed sheets were not cleaned Cab - Driver should know the routes & the best hotel for lunch in the highway & avoid talking in phone while driving. Our driver was dependent on his cha-cha for everything & vehicle light was very bad. Driver was unable to drive, we were scared on last day when he was struggling to drive, nothing was visible properly. Some how we reached safely Travel Agent - should know the hotel before booking. Wether it's located on ground floor or on the 2nd or 3rd floor. One hotel Shri Ram Residency in jodhpur which got on the last day was on 2nd floor & my mother was struggled a lot to climb. When checked with travel agent they were rude. Overall it's an okay experience Better to have a proper check on everything

in food taste Arnayaka was good and Woodnote was bad

everything was perfect however the taj resorts hotel in agra was not that good since there were insects all over the open terrace and they were falling in plates as well the rooms are not properly ventilated, was in a feeling that we are caged. thanks

First of all it is my first experience with traveltriangle. I heard about this from my friends. But with family safety and security is the prime necessary. After discussing with the traveltriangle representative and finalize my Kerala trip. From the day one I experienced the best part. The travel agent which was assigned #tripsailer and #excellent travels for me is deliver their best services to me and my family enjoy a lot.

Overall excellent

Overall trip was good ,Agra hotel was good but Delhi hotel was average. But cab facility was pathetic, suddenly on last day driver and cab got changed because of arguments between driver and cab owner.

Overall trip was good. Mrs. Nikita Aggarwal could have been a bit polite over call when faced an issue during the trip regarding hotel location. Disconnecting client call was not expected from her. Car condition was good but we could not connect bluetooth to our device while the car was moving(should have been fixed by driver) for playing music. Driver - Naresh Mehta was average as he was reluctant to go to places with traffic and gun hill in mussorie and did not come to our hotel in rishikesh for pickup giving some dumb parking reason.We ourselves managed to reach the car location by paying extra money to hotel. Also Naresh was telling us that we should either give some tip or ask for dinner to driver. He made us walk few metres as he wanted to save parking charges although there were senior citizens with me on trip.

Warmth Lake Resort - The hotel at Alleppey was way far from the city. My 2-2.5 hours in total got wasted due to unnecessary travelling. Also, there was very bad road connectivity with the hotel at Alleppey. The staff and receptionist was also very bad with customer dealing. The 20 minutes houseboat ride was denied by the Warmth Lake resort stating that the boat is under maintenance, fake reasoning when we could see the boat was perfectly okay to travel, just saving cost. 1* rating to Warmth Lake Resort, never opt for this resort. No room hygiene, no food hygiene. If the boat was under maintenance why didn't they gave some discount for that, they charged Rs. 2000 extra just for one extra bed in the room, upgrade your standards if you have this much high charged for extra bed.t Trivers Resort - Super perfect 4* hotel, no issues happened, just there were some delays in room service only because of full occupancy, but that is completely okay. One should definitely go in this resort, perfectly at best location with best ambience. Hats off for this resort. The Byke Pooja Samudra - Average 3* hotel, not so bad, not so good, only the rooms were okay, washrooms were very bad, full repairing was going on due to which we didn't had great experience. Driver Shyjo - Perfectly on time always, clean and hygienic cab provided Ertiga. Only issue was he didn't knew English/Hindi properly, he had little knowledge of both the language. Just language issue, rest fully okay. No issues happened.

Overall i would say experience was good. However faced some issues. Travel agent tripsailer and cab coordinator: i think the POC was more interested in getting tye payment. After that there was no responsibility or ownership for any issue. I wanted to add some kochi sightseeing and asked I was ready to make payment. I had informed this to the trip advisor poc at the beginning of the trip also. She said to connect with cab coordinator. If she is my POC she should coordinate or else why has agent taken the money. During the discussion things didn't go as I wanted, but the coordinator became kind of rude and said he is not authorised to hav any discussion with me whereas the agent kept telling talk to cab coordinator. It looked as both didn't want to take ownership. The issue was earlier when I had asked agent to remove kochi from itinerary she discounted only 1k but when I asked to add it later, they said it wil be 2k. Their explanation did not seem to be understandable to me. The trip agent and cab coordinator both pushed things on each other. The cab drivers were good and helpful no complaints with them.

I am sachin londhe obtained for 5 nights 6 days 4 star hotel package from Kochi to Munnar for 3 adults. 1. First night from Prime palace hotel in Kochi , my experience with hotel was not good. Breakfast was pathetic and charges were taken was also not justified. There was no extra bed given but a mattress. I would rate this hotel as 2 star with zero service. 2. Second day at Alleppy houseboat was also not good except the food and upper deck. There was no activity we did post 530pm except 2 hours ride in the lake. Captain and Cook was good but the houseboat quality was not at par the rate charged. We expect an improvement. 3. Thekkedy hotel was good but hotel restaurant staff was not courteous enough. Cab driver was reluctant to take us for a site seeing in thekkedy. 4. Munnar hotel was good with good restaurant staff and overall our experience was good. Site seeing was average places. Overall i would rate 3 out of 5 for Kochi prime palace hotel, Alleppy houseboat poor interiors and no extra bed. Also houseboat pictures were not shared by Namit your travel executive. We should have been allocated individual villa or apartment in Munnar. 1. Houseboat ride was an unique experience. And felt good. 2. Thrkkedy and Munnar hotels were best with amenities and good balcony views. Aranyaka hotel was too good with waterfall view.

Amazing experience during current trip.. but funding a SPOC from travel triangle is really difficult as I still have few dues of my last trip.

Hotel which is booked in Munnar it is even not eligible for 1 star also. Even after advance booking also they have allocated rooms in different floors and which are not good. No facilities like hot water, towels, cleanliness.

All arrangements were good except Jaisalmer hotel and food. Driver was good
