Hotel services was really poor. I did not recieve hot water and wifi services during my stay. Despite regular reminder and request their managers and very much non responsive. They were just waiting for thier shifts to end.

Hotel in Mussorrie is pathetic. The car condition is very bad and driver had behavarial issues

I had booked 2days hotel in Udaipur, that was ok for us, but had booked 2 rooms in (for 5 person) hotel for one day which was pathetic hotel, was Gorbandh in Mount Abu. As it was 3 star hotel as per agent but no such faculties like that... Matress was so bad Bedsheets n blankets was so bad. Had booked for extra bed too, but offering extra metress on the floor, means one person will sleep on the floor, pathetic services of that hotel. Only food was good that it. Fully disappointed from Mount Abu hotel.

Service and response time could be better of the travel agent

My trip to Rajasthan was good except the two hotels of Jaiselmer and Jodhapur. Both the hotels were horrible and pathetic. I don't know how Tripsailor recommended such a bad hotels.. I am very much disappointed after staying in those two hotels. The names are : The jaisalmer resort inJaisalmer and Heritage Kuchaman Haveli, Jodhapur. Also, surprisingly, throughout my booking right from the first conversation with Tripsailor till the end of my tour, not a single person from Travel Triangle called and enquird about any thing like whether my booking and tour is going smoothly or not..Any way this is the first time I booked through Travel Triangle and hope not the last..

Place is beautiful, but you have already been to kashmir then you won't like it. Hotel was okay. We have to sweep our bathroom after taking bath , its floor was not even. We had one candle light dinner into that we were asked to order same food from the buffet. When we argued a little more they were ready to take order and prepared food for us that too very less variety and took lot of time. I must say the person who was looking resturant was having brain. Very pathetic breakfast. We were told while booking this order that we will have personal chef and we will get whatever we want to have. It was our special day and got spoilt. The travel agent even didn't told us that we have to shell out extra for few places where the cab provides by them will not go. Travel agen do not provide complete details. One more thing , you won't be able to cancel your trip you may postpone it if your travel agent allows it. Otherwise all the money gone, you will not get refund. Completely disappointed.

Hotel was good but travel agent was not so good . Though they booked and sent us the voucher timely. But no follow up was taken. Whether we reached. We was late on day of journey, we ourself called hotel that we will be late. Even before journey i was not sure about covid protocol in uttrakhand state so i whatsapp the agent for updation, but no response was received, so i called the agent for updation. Which I received so i am giving 3 stars Previously also i made my trip with traveltriangle to jaipur. At that time the agent was awesome. I appreciate his hospitality.

The trip was very nice

Trip was booked but same cab was not provided as per the Itinerary during darjelling sightseeing and hotels were very far from main city. Other part was nice and good arrangements. Gangtok and Nathula Pass was memorable and main center of whole trip.

Cab and driver services was very poor. Driver was very arrogant and psycho person.All the points were covered in the itinerary but driver denied to provide service. Agent: I contacted to agent but he told me this is as usual in manali. We were 7 people and agent took 11000 more for 2 more people without mentioning in Travel Triangle Invoice. Trip was not worthful through trip sailer.com
