Not everything included in the itinerary was covered. Few visit to villages were skipped. Overall the arrangement was good. Hotel and other services were fine.

I had booked for honeymoon trip with four nights and five days package to Kumarakom-Munnar-Allepey. The trip was good. The first day in boat house was good. The food in the boat house was really wonderful. Actually they have told it was a 24 hours air conditioned premium boat. But they actually provided the deluxe boat. You will get air-condition only when in docking place. The mid-lake lunch in awesome, the candle light dinner,cake and flowerbed decoration was wonderful. But the check-out day morning breakfast could have been better. And they provided two bed room boat, We only occupied in one room other room was empty. So the room size was so small. It was the one disappointment. They told "1 Bedroom Premium Houseboat with all meal+", but it was not single bedroom boat and it was not premium boat. Second and third day I booked in Misty mountain munnar. The hotel was good. The location of the hotel was very bad. It was outside city limit. The food in hotel restaurent was very average, very limited menu items. We checked-in in the hotel afternoon, due to the hotel location was in out side town limit the whole days was wasted. The complimentary break fast is good. The Third day we visited some places. it was good. Fourth day was in Kondai Lip resort.Resort rooms, ambience, food every thing good. Cab driver ooman was very polite and friendly. So don't blindly follow tripsailers.com representative suggestion. Just do search in google and read reviews and plan for the trip. For spending this much money, the trip could have been better. Thanks.

The trip was arranged well, but the AC in House boat was not functional.

Overall trip was good but not excellent. Hotels were all good. Cab and driver service was good. There is one request to travel triangle that please add fort and monuments entry fee in package and also add guide fee in package only. Everyone go on trip through packages so that they don't have to think or manage about money during trip. But on this rajasthan trip everywhere was entry fee and guide fee where we have to pay excluding trip package. Package was high costing and after that also we have to spend 10-15k for entry fees and guide. Please take this feedback on note and make the changes so that customer do not need to touch their wallets during trip and completely enjoy their trip. And also kindly suggest travellers to do not visit ajmer dargah if you do not want to because there is nothing like going except there people are requesting for money for some sewa or langer and also there is risk for thiefs. Cab driver was very good . The Travel agent added places that did not exist and once reach the spot we got to know that those places were not there, she missed so many good and near by places. She did not plan things properly. She did not give good options for hotels where we stayed for more than one day . For places where we stayed for a day hotels were good but for places where we stayed for more than one days the hotels were bad.

Good hotels, driver is also good It is very good trip and memorable also

it was a good trip overall

The hotel at Darjeeling Norling Delight was not good. It was under renovation. No Wi-Fi, no dressing mirror. Cleanliness was not good. Meals were not good. The other hotel at Gangtok i.e. Ninamma Hotel was very good. Service was great and food. Snow Fall at Changu Lake.

The way travel agent Priti talked to us on a query and being completely responsible for the hassle was pathetic.Please teach her how to talk to a client.

Travel experience was good with travel triangle no issues, cab which was provided was good and driver was nice
