Driver was asking money from us and he said i will refund this amount once i get from the agency but later on after returning also when i asked for money ,he denied to return.Then i contacted my agent and they help me regarding this and i got refund but full amount was not refunded.

Overall it was nice trip but Nainital could be better as they were strict to their itinerary even though when we do have time but they denied to take us to some extra place.There was also lack of coordination from our travel agency Tripsailercom.

It was a good experience for me. Cab and cab drive was very nice. He helped us a lot during our entire trip . Only the problem was with the hotels, in some places the hotels were not as per our expectations because the rooms were not at all comfortable.

It was great experience with Travel triangle as well as Trip Sailercom ,we faced just one minor issue on our trip.When we reached there our driver cancelled the ride and then i contacted the agency and they arranged a new car in which our 3-4 hrs were wasted .

It was a good experience only that we had a issue with the hotel , there was some confusion between the agent and the hotel staff , by mistake the hotel has done the booking for us some another day and also we have specifically asked for innova cab although the agent provided it but it was not well maintained and hygenic.

Overall trip was nice ,but at the same time there were some minor issues ,like after finalizing my package they asked Rs 2000 extra and also i have paid my parking charges myself.And i didn't liked the location and meal quality of Corbett treat resort .
