On trip coordination was missing from Trip Sailer. The cab driver was good, who helped us alot.

Agent response on trip was very bad and hotel are different as compared to Photos and star category

Everything was good on the trip, only what problem over there was that the driver was asking from us to pay the toll tax which was initially included in our package.

Apart from hotels, every thing was so nice. We enjoyed a lot there in udaipur. Good Trip.

Overall Trip was good

Apart from the hotels in Jim Corbett & Ranikhet, the hotels were very ordinary, specially in Kaushani. In a place like Kaushani or Ranikhet where temperature drops significantly in winter, room heater must be arranged for the convenience of the traveller, in my case we had to hire that @400 each place. In Nainital our hotel(Misty height) was a distance of near about 1 hour from Mall road ( the core place of Nainital),though the travel agent promised to keep us in a hotel which was at the core place of the city. The hotel in Kaushani (Himavadi resort) was very ordinary, probably the worst in our whole trip.Even there was no intercom facility. TV was with expired cable connection, last recharged was done months before we arrived, in fact in our room 1 tubelight was out of order.The hotel had no stuffs except 1 care taker & manager himself. In Ranikhet, the hotel (Parijaat Retreat) was quite good, specially the behaviour of the stuffs was very appreciatable. The foods were very good & tasty too. In Jim Corbett, the hotel was probably the Best. Though it was quite a distance from the Jungle. The travel agent didn't arrange jungle safari before we arrived. I had to call & arrange the safari. The Tour guide Mr.Kocab Hammad didn't receive my call a single time in whole trip as well as from the begining.I don't know what kind of behaviour is this. Same is applicable for Miss Nikita also. Before selling any trip she will call u thousand times but after that she will hardly receive your call. I can still remember, after ariving hotel in Jim corbett, I had to call Miss Nikita as there was no arrangement of jungle safari which was scheduled on that afternoon, she disconnected my call couple of times then after several attempt, she finally received my call. The foods & the room & ambience was just awesome in Corbett Treat resort, jim corbett. The cab & the driver were very good, specially the driver was very experienced & well behaved, though he demanded A significant amount as tip after the end of the journey. Overall I would say the amount I had paid in a off season, the trip experience could have been better. My rating will be 3 out of 5.

It was a nice trip.

Over all the experience was not as per expectations. There was no hot water in hotels in winters.

I had a good trip. Agent was good and Travel Triangle people too
