Trip SailerCom

First of all, would like to thanks Nikhil from TripSailor for arranging our trip. I selected TripSailor after a rigorous selection process. I needed some different and good options for hotels, places in Jaipur, and activities to unique ones like cost-effective and Easy booking. I communicated my plans and ideas to Nikhil, and with his experience of dealing with these things he rapidly brainstormed all the cases, shared knowledge and finally provided the most accepted economical quotation. I would like to thanks our cab driver Mehraj as well, always on time and also had some good knowledge of the places that we have visited. Everything was well planned. And visiting all the historic monuments in Jaipur as well as Ajmer Dargah was the best part of our trip.

It’s been a great trip, nice hotels n excellent cab service the driver was awesome!

Trip is good Jaipur hotel not liked

Trip was good, but hotel were far from city, as I have said to agent I want hotel near market place Snow falling in nainital

We had a family trip to Rajasthan 5N6D. The trip was well executed by Tripsailor team and well organized by Mr Nikhil and he has proven to be very courteous and helpful and flexible. Hotels at Jaipur and Udaipur were very good and the jodhpur hotel was average and Jaisalmer tent was pathetic. There were a few hiccups here and there which Mr Nikhil resolved efficiently. Cab driver Mr.Puniram was polite. Though desert safari was mentioned in our itinerary despite Jaisalmer hotel the countryside resort charged us additionally which was not worth it. Rest the overall the trip was good

The response prior to the booking from the trip triangle and tripsailer was frequent and there was call after call repeatedly but when i wanted to complain regarding the bus tickets and the type of bus that was booked and things that are missing in the package that was given no one was willing to attend the call and there was no proper response from the trip sailer agent Ms. Dimple . She gave a false assurance that the bus that was booked was a volvo and it will be comfortable and no problem will be faced.But it was all total crap the to and fro bus were the same global tourism bus which wasn't a volvo and it took almost freaking 12 hours to reach manali from chandigarh and vice versa. Also ,the condition of the bus was very very crappy that it might get stopped any time because of the wear and tear condition. Coming to the hotel the room which was promised was given however we had to pay extra 1000 for them to provide the heater services , the day when we checked in we had to pay for the breakfast but it was told breakfast and dinner will be free from the date of check in . I'm writing this here however i'm not sure will i even get a call from the company as courtesy or to payback what was extra given from my pocket for the items which were included in the package. Overall the thing only that can be appreciated was the cab that was arranged however in that also the cab person was asking extra charges for taking back to the same place again , the hotel was booked in the interior , there was no current for half a day where when asked the hotel it was said that the total area had a power cut however as a hotel don't they have to keep DG to provide the facility for what they charge. Its just that not value for the money that they charged and extra 600 to travel triangle was total worthless they didnt even pick my call afterthe payment was done.

Agent is a fraud

It was an excellent trip well planned by nikhil. Only the desert le Royal camp was not up to mark in welcoming the guwsrand not using rajasthani language with guest was missing. Desert experience

Hotel was good and as promised by tripsailor.But the payment terms were very complicated as axcording to travel triangle terms I need to pay the final amont on the day after my trip starts but driver immediately asked the balance amount as soon as the trip starts. The coodinator of trip sailor was a lady so i was hesitating to call her at 1o clock as my trip was at night. But after calling she behaved very awkwardly and said that she already dropped a mail regarding this which has no relation with the reality. There was no mail regarding this in my mailbox till date. But alas I gave the money in a little dilemna to the driver which is a bit bad experience for me. In service sector transparency is what customer expect. Secondly I was new to the place and they gave me a hotel in Bhimtal rather than in Nainital which I thought to be close to Nainital but later I found it atleast 1and half hour journey from nainital. The time we spend together was priceless.

The over all experience is good had no issues sw The best memories of the trip is when we had come across an unexpected water fall and the beach in allepey

The hotel was good...The cab was in average condition.... However the fasttag recharge was not done prior the starting of trip and petrol was not filled prior the trip starting and also driver was not given any cash by the travel agency to get petrol filled and for the tol taxes...the driver had to call everytime to the travel agency and then the travel agency used to transfer the amount through paytm or into my account so that I can give cash to driver which became very hectic....this ruined our enjoyment of trip as the driver daily disturbed us by getting money transfered in our paytm or account and then taking cash from us...apart from this I also had to pay the toll tax at pushkar as the driver was not having any cash... However Travel Triangle advisor Ms Moushumi Haq helped us through out this trouble and followed up with us even on her week offs, giving us an extraordinary customer service.

So much happy with the trip with Travel triangle. We were 3 couples with Honeymoon package. From the day 1 to end of the trip it was too good. Excluding 1 or 2 things everything else was superb, outstanding. Must recommend travel triangle and Trip Sailer.com for Trip management. Easpecially the travel agent Sandhya was very co-operative and friendly to respond and resolve any issue on immediate basis. Thanks to Sandhya for the wonderful and memorable trip. There were so many things which will take place in our hearts, like Kufri, Solang valley, etc. The Best memory i have felt is the view on the way from dharamshala to khajjiar. Awesome nature view like heaven. Mini Switzerland. And the second one, no any doubt, Waghah Border, where we stood together for our nation with the BSF Soldiers.

Agent was average. I expect honeymoon packages in hotel but your agent plan in boathouse. But cab driver was awesome. Good and nice travel.
