Hotel was good but due to lack of staff the services was not done on time. The driver was polite but his driving was rash. Travel agent was great with the offer and deals. My best memories was on the beach doing water sports and going to one of the best club

Our experience at Jaipur is good. But at Udaipur they have booked 2star hotel (Hotel Minaxee). We have paid for 3 star hotel. This is cheating. Again hotel is not at all good regarding room conditions and cleaning. Trip Sailor dot Com agent Jyoti coordinated out trip well, but after complaining to Travel triangle agent. In case of local market shopping, Cab driver is interested in showing shops which are of his interest only. I hope travel triangle will look in this to improve.

Trip was well arranged by tripsailor. I am thankful to him that he made the whole travel enjoyable for me and my family. Thanks a lot to him and wish to plan another trip with tripsailor.

Some small issues were unsolved.Jaisalmee hotel was not up to mark as informed.No one was to guide our tour. camel safari n bikaner hotel were memirable

Worst experience with houseboat, is was too old, housekeeping was very bad, furniture was very old even beds in the room making noise at the time of sleeping, food was not unlimited it was finished in the kitchen at the time of lunch. Hotels were good in kochhi, Munnar and thekdy. Driver Mr. shaju Arvind was very nice, helpful and kind. He made our trip memorable. We give 5 star to Mr. shaju.

It was awesome. I was scared in the begining because of the reviews I read. I realized its individual experience and the budget you choose. Our's was an amazing trip with all the accommodation, food and car provided of amazing quality service. The travel agent Neelam was helpful and understanding. She was very cooperative as well. Memorable trip!!!

Trip was totally mis organized. Hotel option given was too far from sight seeing in dhanualti. After prior addition of cake for my wife birthday the cake was not provided. Tried to call the agent alloted he was busy sleeping. Till date i havent rec'd a call from his side. Driver didn't had any clue about the itinerary. He said he is just been alloted the duty for 5 days thats it. He will go wherever i say. After we reached dhanulti we see that the property booked is another 60km far. Whole day was wasted in a drive only not a single sightseeing was done in dhanaulti. Hotel haut monde was pethitic in service wise. I requested for change of heater in room 4 time non of the time any person from the hotel show up and the agent was busy sleeping as i mentioned. Every hotel asked me for the payment done receipt why will i show them the receipt. This shows that there is no communication between agent side and hotel.

Good experience

Multiple layers of travel agents cuts down the quality of hotels, we ended up staying at a hosteler/backpackers place at Hotel Tokyo palace, jaisalmer, then at a Oyo hotel at a highway in jodhpur (they could have put us anywhere in jodhpur but chose the dark and duty highway), had a family with 2 small kids...to add to it there was no ccordiantion between the travel agent and the hotel and the hotel reception asked us to pay Rs 2500 upfront when we had paid all installments....Then they put us up at Hotel Sagar, the funny part this hotel has no reception and there is one desk and the person sitting there behaves as if he is the landlord than a customer friendly reception deck...Bottomline introduction of multiple travel agents cut down the quality of hotel..travel triangle to tripsailor, tripsailor to xyz travel agent or probably more ended up my family getting an oyo rather than 3 star hotel promised...the driver kunwar singh was an excellent human being..do ask for him if you want to have a pleasant trip..very well behaved chap...they replaced the driver in last day and he was not good..refused to take cabs at some places..asking us to take auto instead...

Our stay in Hotel Ajanta haveli jaisalmer was very uncomfortable, room was stinky. Also Sultan Sand resort was not upto the mark. Room was not very comfortable here aswell . We reached SAM around 12 in morning and till 7 pm we had nothing to do.,as there was no activity except desert safari which was only for 40 minutes.

In the itinerary it was mentioned that only for few places I have to pay the extra/entry fee but during the travel except for accommodation and cab not a single site seeing entry fee was covered. And due to the hotel stay provided to us in Munnar apart from entrance tickets I have to pay extra 1000 rs/- for cab to see missed places on our own the following day. Overall the travel costed me extra 5000 INR which made bad trip planning from your end. Overall we were disappointed with the planning.

Hi, I was happy with the tour except one thing that is stay in house boat because the quality of the boat it self was not so good and the food was not upto our expectation and was very normal.Also as per the details honeymoon inclusions was there in your quote and unfortunately we didn't get of the items such as flower bed decoration,candle light dinner and the honeymoon cake.So please make sure from your end to provide all the things to make the customer happy.This was only my disappointment part of our tour otherwise we are OK. Trip to Auli,Haridwar,Rishikesh Agent reaches out to you only before you make booking confirmation and then for asking money. It is you who needs to call & follow up. Trip was good. Mr.Rajeev our cab driver was quite supportive. Hotels which I suggested and asked to changed were good, the other hotels were not upto the mark in comparison to the money we paid to them.

The tour was managed very properly and all the cab delivers were very polite and it was an energising experience
