Firstly thanks to travel triangle, tripsailer and Alia for this memorable kerala trip. Kerala was too good. rivertree hotel in munnar was good, comfort,clean room as meet my expectation.but hotel in thekkady was should be improve there service.overall kerala trip was awasome in my life to see the beauty of nature.Houseboat cruise in alleppy is extremly memorable for me.cab driver is too supportive and good control on car. Thanks again to Tripsailer and big thanks to our trip agent Alia :).

They just acted as a coordinator not as professional Agent. They hired taxi from third party and third party hired from fourth so the Driver behavior was very bad. The driver is one who accompany you during whole trip.

I just wish travel triaangle would have been in contact with us through out the trip.Hotel and services was nice.

I would like to start on a positive note , we did enjoy the trip and the best part of the trip was the desert camp at jaisalmer. I would agree that all the hotel rooms were neat and comfortable with our stay. On the other hand, we wasted time at Jaipur and the sightseeing at Jaipur recommended was worthless as all the 3 places were just ok roadside and could be covered easily in roughly one hour . The tripadvisor did not recommend that we visit amer fort which was worth place to visit at Jaipur . Moreover the cab drivers had some tieups with local shopkeepers at Jaipur and misguided is to shop first which took most of our time and they were really reluctant to get us to do sight seeing . In fact they took commission even at the restaurants. We could cover udaipur in half a days time and frankly there was nothing much to do there and it was just a city with a lake and not recommended at all not worth the 12 hours of travel from jaisalmer. The desert camp at jaisalmer was the best highlight of the trip and our families had a good time and taste of Rajasthan

I went for manali trip and neelam from tripsailer planned my trip very well as per my requirement.. Although due to climatic conditions some spots were not visited, but still no regrets as overall trip was enjoyed.

one out of three hotels was not that much good. But it okay for one night stay.

Every thing was good but cab drivers management was not upto date coardination with cab was bad...

Vee tee midtown lodge was awesome. Boat house was waste of money

The hotel was very clean with a decent breakfast buffet and in an easily accessible location. Our driver was well versed with all the roads and reaching from one place to other was very smooth. Travel agent was readily available to answer all queries. I'll definitely consider booking from travel triangle again.

The trip was a memorable one. All the hotels were good. Sea rock Beach resort at kovalam was at prime location but the services were not up to the mark. The houseboat could also be a little better one as the speakers were not working, no other source of entertainment was there. The food and jeep ride at munnar, marshial art show at thekady, houseboat at alleppey and sun set at the kovalam beach.

Hotels are awesome. I am giving 5 star's rating to hotels. But houseboat did very disappointed. This was not good. All other things are good. Cab driver Mr georgin is very polite, good behaviour. Munnar, The leaf Munnar hotel, jeepsafaree, Alleppey view, kovlmn sea view as awesome.

Goofed up in Hotel bookings. No response to phone calls & emails. Post the travel very unresponsive - refund amount is still due even after 15 days.

I have taken Manali package and it was a fair deal not wow as promised, food in hotel was below average with a few choices , cab drivers didn't completed the spots as per the itinerary
