Hotels of both places were excellent everything was according to iternary

Overall it was ok - firstly when we reached Dubai at 8 30pm there was no one to receive , no driver as mentioned in the itenary that we will be picked up from Dubai aiport to hotel, we had to wait for 1 hour , no help from the agent and emergency no, we ended up taking a cab, agent Mr Gaurav said you will get the refund , no refund provided, Food was the worst part , free food mentioned by the agent included in the package, is pathetic. Few thing mentioned in the itenary was missing , like fountain show, gold bazar etc , better travel by your own , instead of going with the package from I need trip.

My trip was for Italy and it was great. Everything was taken care of by Agent assigned and was very well planned. I faced no issue what so over over 6 days of my travel.

Hotels were not the up to the mark. Specially Beamee hip Hotel, staff of the hotel was very rude and room was so small even we can not keep our bags. Apart from that cab drivers and my service agent atiksha did really good job only things she needs to see is the hotel location and the condition. If the hotel. Four island tour and phi phi island

Thailand : Phuket (3D), Karabi(2D), Bangkok(2D) : This was my 2nd trip with Travel Triangle, (1st trip was Singapore). This Thailand trip was one of the best trip for me and my wife. because... 1. You will get same quality and service with less price with travel triangle compare to MMT, Yatra, etc. 2. Travel Triangle also created Whatsaap group, so you will be in touch all the time. No need to take separate SIM card :). Experience: PHUKET:- - PHUKET FANTASEA SHOW WITH DINNER - Very good - HALF DAY PHUKET CITY TOUR - Good, they will take you to the Pearl shop where you can buy something, you will get reasonable price compare to other place in Thailand. - PHI PHI ISLAND TOUR WITH LUNCH BY BIG BOAT - Everything was good, keep in mind that in Big Boat no need to buy executive seat, they will allow everyone to the top deck at the last moment. :) KRABI :- - Hotel - Krabi Front Bay Resort KRABI - they have very nice pool with a very romantic view, - FOUR ISLAND TOUR WITH LUNCH BY LONG TAIL BOAT - Good, ask your agent to book veg meal because non veg meal will come with pork. BANGKOK :- Hotel Ramada was good but not like Phuket and Karabi hotel. I found they have only the name, you should try nearer market like NEON market (5min walkable ) , Chatuchak Market (15mint by TOTO) - SAFARI WORLD AND MARINE PARK WITH LUNCH - Good experience with variety of show, you will enjoy if you are a animal lover. - CHAO PHRAYA PRINCESS DINNER ON CRUISE - Last day of our trip, Me and my wife enjoyed lot on the dance floor, dinner was good. Be ready with your camera to take very nice Panorama picture.

Hotel in Bangkok was pathetic, not much time was given to roam around the tourist palce

Being our first international trip, we didnt expected it will go so smooth but thanks to Mr Shashank from I need trip travels. He was there for us at every point and his prompt respose helped us to make beautiful memories for the lifetime without any problems or challenges. We will definetily recommend travel traingle for all our future trips.

The cabs and driver was good. But hotel staff was not

Thailand . Good overall coordination and arrangements .

Switzerland: It was our honeymoon trip and wanted a best plan to be drawn from the travel agent, we found travel triangle and through that we got a quote from i need trip travels, it was good and we liked the itinerary and went ahead with booking the same. Shahshank was extremely helpful in understanding our requirements and gave a good itinerary. we had two location to stay and at both places the location of hotels were awesome, easy to commute & near to the markets & Indian restaurants, since we were vegetarian we had to find Indian restaurants. we enjoyed a lot with the Swiss pass which was delivered by Shahshank & team. It was really helpful in traveling in Switzerland by train. Vouchers were delivered on time, highly appreciate that. Thanks Shahshank for the wonderful trip experience, keep up the good work, u rock:)

It was the worst ever trip planned by a travel agency.. an individual can do it better by themselves... I insisted on a luxury trip n had requested only Emirates flight with a 4star hotel but my trip itself started with a shocker, I was booked on a FlyDubai flight, which is a cheap budget airlines... The trauma I had to go through just at the start of the trip is beyond words... It was worse than a 3tier train travel... The pick up from the airport arrived after an hour that too after calling them.. was told that Bollywood Park is one of the best attractions of Dubai and it turned out to be the worst .. were dropped there by the driver in peak afternoon and that without handing us our full tickets... Again on our way back to Delhi, the driver came in half hour late and dropped us far away from the check in counter further delaying the whole process... Now the travel agency is washing their hands off from all and that too after charging us with a huge money... Beware of such agents... Better to book you own and be safe n sure
