Agent hasn't included some famous spots in my trip, Had to bare my personal expenses. Very less time given to all the beach activities. Not satisfied with water activities.

All tge way it was a great trip but when I talked to my friends it was found that we didnt visited many places while visiting north and south island. Neither were we given a good info about the places we visited. We were taken to a mall to have lunch during north tour while floating restaurant and other exciting places to eat was not even in choice. But overall it was a great trip. Hotel provided was fully functional and never found a thing out of order. All the compliment items were provided with no issue.

It was good but breakfast was not good.

I must say, I am satisfied with on ground experience with I need trip although pre booking experience was a little hastily done, in a way that, My transfers and City tour was organised is such short duration that It was impossible for me to follow the schedule. Upon discussion my itinerary was changed at the last moment and then it became possible. On ground I didn't experience any such issues. I would recommend I need trip to people but suggest that one should also do proper research on the itinerary they provide, as it's your money which is on stake.

Travel triangle did not have any control on agent. Atent was friendly till the first emi payment was done. later they were like I dont care behaviour. when i asked for the activities mentioned in quote they rejected by telling its from hotel complementary and did not respond later. worst service. never expected this from Travel Triangle. I could hoage went with mmt or yatra. It is an horrible experience and never want this to be faced by others.

I'm writing this after my 6day 5night Dubai trip. I chose ' I need trip travels' as my travel partner. I booked the air tickets on my own and opted travel triangle for planning my stay, sight seeing, visa and transfers in Dubai. The pre-trip support was excellent . Visa and tour booking process were hassle free. I would appreciate the team support at India on this aspect. We chose a 2 star hotel which was not even up to the 2 star rating standards. (we were told 2 star in Dubai would be almost equivalent in standards with a 3-star hotel in India). The Panorama hotel is old and shoddy. The taps didn't work in our first room and we had to change our room, but had to settle with a similar situation. The dining space is decent and the morning breakfast is a little above average. We liked the Dhow cruise by the Marina and also the desert safari .The Dubai city tour could have been much better. The guide was very mediocre and was just average in doing the job. Many of the city attractions were covered although there are many more which could have been included at least as an option. The Abu-Dhabi tour was good, but the guide could not manage the time allocated and we ended up not doing the city tour due to time crunch (too much time allocated at the Mosque which could have been cut down and done at the end). Overall I would rate the package as good and would recommend to other provided there a few improvements.

First of all i would like to thank Mr. mohit for his timely commitments in our tour to mauritius ,we had only booked before 12 days of departure ,yet got a good deal for our 7 days trip.Hotel was good and the food at Le grand bleu was excellent in comparison to other hotels in the city especially for vegeterians.The only thing that Le grand bleu lacked was beach view rooms and also beds in the rooms were little less comfortable .The entire stay was a memorable one and very enjoyable.Thanks Mohit & i need trips team for all the arrangements for our trip .

Every thing was fine and as per our discussion and as per our itinerary but for Desert Safari it was very poor show, we were told at the time of booking that we will be provided VIP treatment but they even did not offer a single chair for my wife, as her knee were transplanted recently. Very poor quality of dinner. Totally disappointed by Deseret Safari .

Happy With Travel Triangle. But The I Need Trip travel agency is very Poor.

The travel agent was professional and package was economical and well managed. Pattaya hotel was very good. Booked the tour for my parents, they loved it.
