Special thanks to Parth , he replied on each of my queries. he is well versed with places. hotel booked were also meeting expectations specially in Bangkok (easily approachable to market). Very superb and memorable experience. Will definitely plan next trip with Travel Triangle and I need, if they offer us again a budget friendly package :P

It was my first international Thailand trip and thanks to “I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd” travel agency and I personally wish to thank Parth for his prompt and quick response for making it so convenient and hassle free. Travelbullz travel agency was good and the drivers are very punctual. Starting from Hotel Stay/Sight Seeing/Cab Services everything was very good & hassle free. I personally appreciate Parth for his support and guidance. We look forward to many such trips in future. 

The overall trip was very good except the booking processes. It was my worst experience to book with Ineed travels. They are just money chasers. I dont blame TravelTriangle but I think the best thing they can do is to remove these kind of third party agents. Rahul for Ineed travel was our agent and we had to go through a lot of trouble and argument because of him. We booked 5 months in advance and still they couldn’t book it , last moment they cancelled our booking asked us to either take our money back or go to the same hotel they had available just because of there fault. And all this trouble before 1 week of our wedding as this holiday was for our honeymoon. This was so disturbing for me and my husband we had to call and talk to travel triangle head to finally get what we wanted and ultimately they helped us . Dont trust the Agent rahul whatever he says ... they speak very nicely though take your full money and dont deliver. Mauritious trip was goood i wont blame the whole iternary and trip we had thanks to mr. Dinesh for this.

Overall a good experience barring some not so wise timings of site seeing and the unprofessional staffs at hotel in bangkok.

Overall good package and trip planned by agent. Cab & guide provided was excellent in service.

All the hotels were good except Tanjung Benoa, the old rooms of which were filled with mosquitoes and other insects. The cab and driver in Bali was excellent but in Singapore, SIC was in 12 seater coaches which sometimes had unruly passengers or unruly drivers. Cruise was the best part. Would cherish it's memories forever.

Would like to thank Mr Gaurav Singh from I Need Trip who managed my trip to Mauritius. Right through the day of booking till the trip end he was constantly in touch with us. There was some problems with flight schedule and trip due to cyclone in Mauritius but he managed everything very well and kept on updating me. Gaurav worked and picked up calls in mid night and that what I appreciated the most. Thanks you I Need Trip and Travel triangle for making our trip so memorable.

Very Good

1. Ease for customization of our trip unlike other travels agencies. 2. Very Friendly Travel agent, quick response to any query by Shikha. 3. Good choice of the location of the hotels, glad that we dint waste much time travelling from one destination to another. 4. Only one point on the improvement would be the communication between the drivers and us could have been much better. 4. Enjoyed every moment of the trip! Thanks to Travel Triangle for making our trip a memorable one! Enjoyed the Sea Walk. That would be a memory for life!

In Pattaya, transport was not on time for pickup from hotel. Travelbullz needed to be called everytime for pickup. Loma resort was far from beach which is the central location, but breakfast was really good. Citin pratunam had good facilities and was in the market having best location. Here breakfast was not good. Destinations covered, walking street, shopping.

Bangkok & Pattaya. Very well organised by Vishnu from I Need Trip Pvt Ltd. Starting from Hotel Stay/Sight Seeing/Cab Services(Travel Bullz) everything was very good & hassle free. Both the Hotels at Bangkok(Eastin Makkasan) & Pattaya (Grand Bella) were too good. The only thing we missed was Coral island due to weather conditions. Will definitely plan trip with in near future with TT & Vishnu(I Need Trip). Pankaj K.

Booking experience was good with Pankaj. He took minimum time to book our package tour to Dubai. However Dubai package experience was not very good. We faced following problems: 1. Pick up and drop waiting time for tour coaches was not good. As per itinerary it was supposed to be 30 mins but sometimes we had to wait for 2 hrs also. 2. No guide was available inside the tour except for City tour. 3. Abu dabi tour was supposed to be from morning 9 to evening 7 PM. But it was cut down to 11 to 5 PM so many places could not be visited.

travel agent has not provided local sim room was not decorated and others Hotel is very good

I was a bit doubtful while booking with Travel Triange for my trip. However, I do not regret my decision at all. Every thing was smooth during the trip. Thanks a lot.
