Everything is satisfactory hotel salmon not At all good deny from breakfast it’s paid in package. Atmosphere is very bad that hotel isn’t for family stay. Avoid Dear area Best memories is explanation in coach by ALi. Beach and burj kahalifa.

Sales agents were very good till you make the booking, after that they do not respond to your request and do not pick your call. Promises made during booking and iternery provided get changed without informing you and you have to fight with the agent to remind them. They just deny about all the promises and says that iternery provided at the time of booking is just indicative. Overall, very unprofessional service by INEED travels and Agent Saumya and Rahul. I would not recommend this to anyone again.

Not happy with the hotel in Phuket... not upto the rating of 4 star hotel

Cab Drivers and Ground Handlers kanoo travel, left there passengers in an unknown country, they dont have courtesy to even call or inform us about the next day planning, For Airport they have send there driver at 9AM for a flight of 12.50PM before informing us priorly, Driver came and ask rudely to Do breakfast, do packing, take a Bath in just 10 mins otherwise he will leave, we talked to the ground handlers Kanoo travel regarding this matter and ask them for arranging a return drop at 10.30AM they totally denied that it was not there fault. very poor service provider need to change the tie up, All tourist guide, cab drivers, ground handlers were rude and misbehaving type of personalities, Hotel staff is good and cooperative, Desert safari is another mess for us. Driver dropped us in between and told us that another family is not feeling comfortable with us because they are travelling with there two girl kids, and we are bechlors. they need couple to accompany them, so the driver must have drop that family and ask them to book another cab.

There place is amazing. Krabi is the best and the stay at hotel aonang cliff was the best.

Agent feedback: At the start, the booking was fast and I received the quote as well very fast. The initial booking was also efficient. But once the initial payment was made, there was no response at all from the agent, to the queries that were asked. After repeated reminders, still there was no response and then the travel triangle agent had to respond to agent related queries. So to summarize, the services of the agent went from better to worst at the end. From my point of view, I would not recommend to anyone, if this type of service is given

It was a wonderful trip and everything was well planned. We were well received by the resort executives. The only thing missing was that I was expecting some answers by the INeedTrip Agents before leaving and I never got an answer (The questions are in the Chat) and also there was no followback from anyone until 9th November. I was very happy with the trip and would have been happy If I had received one call from the Agents. Nevertheless, the trip was amazing and it was a memorable one. I have already started suggesting Travel Triangle to my friends. Thanks for making our journey a beautiful one.

Booked my Dubai Trip with I need Trip Travels, I would say well organised in terms of Punctuality of time and itinerary. But certain things not upto the mark as committed during Booking by saying 5 Star, For example - Marina Cruise. Dubai City Tour was just a waste of time as Tour Guide was pathetic and was not having knowledge about the city. Will rate 7 out of 10 for the traveler.

Me and my wife took a tour to Thailand on 1st November 2017.It was an excellent tour....especially our tour coordinator Vishni was excellent ..he exhibited qualities of an excellent human being.He gave us the most beautiful experience of our life. Travel Triangle had taken care of our needs....the itinerary was well planned and executed....the food was excellent throughout the trip,......all the arrangements were well planned. Looking forward to more such trips with Travel Triangle thank you....it was value for money.....money worth spent...

this is the first time I booked via travel triangle, I was little sceptical but INeedTravel ensured that I am comfortable and there are no issues with booking and travel. There was adequate support provided on ground in Dubai.. Since I traveled with a 1 Yr Old kid, they ensured I don't face any issues..
