The trip itself was good . However all the things that were promised were not provided. Night safari was mentioned in the emails. But after all the discussion was done the person from I Need trip posted the details on the travel triangle and very conveniently removed the night safari worth 4000 from the itenary. After that when we went there and called up Ram Kumar from travel triangle, then did not get any response. One of the worst experiences in customer dealing.

It was my first trip with IneedTripTravels but second trip with Travel Triangle and I would say it was a great trip. Everything was very well planned and organized. The local coordinator (The Island Walk) in Mauritius was very good(On Time, clean , very friendly). The Resort (Mont Choisy Coral Azur) was a awesome experience as I have not seen such a helpful and happy staff anywhere as they greet their guests very well. A small problem we faced was rooms facility for which we paid extra but did not receive the things( water bottles, tea/coffee bags, wifi ) as promised. It was not a big problem as such but I would like to suggest the Agent that they should promise the right things by confirming from the site so as to avoid the discrepancy as it effects the relations. Rest everything was good and I am looking forward for my next trip with them.

It was my first trip with travel triangle and I can say it was by far the best trip of my life till today. My travel agent ( Rahul) was very co-operative and well educated about Mauritius.

The arrangements were very good. Just one thing - In the quotation they would mention that sim card would be provided. But their local travel partner informed that policy is changed. But thats not an issue. As you can buy a sim at the airport itself. Everything was pre arranged and as promised. The ineedtrip representative (Rahul Rana) took time to provide valuable suggestions. Quite happy with the overall execution. Thanks

Overall the tour was good organised.There were few things which were not fulfilled by the agent like sim cards to be provided by them were not provided. i needed a tour for 5:30pm for burj khalifa dubai but i was given 7:30 pm which is not a very good time. le Meridien mauritius was a nice stay. but grand excelsior dubai was so so experience hotel recommended by the agent. south tour for mauritius was nothing but they took us to 3 shops to buy things as they must have commisions fixed. le meridien mauritius stay was fabulous.

Wish help getting one Romaric dinner and the wine and the some water spots in the package because it is very expensive. At lease soft drink. Thankful foR the agent and traveltringle

Booked through ineedtrip, the guy was constantly bugging me to book through him. literally got 5 to6 calls from him within a couple of hours. Finally we agreed to book through ineedtrip. When I called him and asked him to raise the invoice, he did it with in 10 minutes. With in the next 5 min I paid my first instalment. After paying the instalment got a call from them that the flight fare has increased and we had to pay 8000 extra ( we were a couple ) to get the flight confirmation. It only took Appx 20 min for them to raise invoice the invoice and me to do the instalment. In between this time they say the fare increased. It didn't increase when he was constantly calling me , it didn't increase while he was convincing me ,but it did increase after I paid the instalment. It's better to re confirm and confirm and confirm everything with ineedtrip before you pay your instalment . However got the visa on time . Dubai visa is not that hard to get,especially to Indians. After reaching Dubai Things went pretty well as nothing is there in the hands of ineedtrip .They just hand us our details to some other agency and we are well taken care of by them. Will I be booking again with travel triangle ? YES. Will I be booking again with ineedtrip?NEVER AGAIN . By the way I only went forward to paying the instalment after agreeing to the final price. But still was charged more later ,after paying the advance. When I asked , that guy from ineedtrip , can't remember his name , messaged me a copy n paste of their policy in the chat box. Well for 8000 I was not ready to argue with them . If someone wants to book through ineedtrip , you please do but be very strict in confirming the prices.

Mauritius!!!!One of the best Trips I've had so far. Saumya Tiwari was my travel agent who guided me in Choosing the Resort. She explained in detail about each coastal area ... how sandy and rocky each coast will be... about night life in West side ... She also had good knowledge about the packages and adventure activities. The Travel was quiet Comfy (Air Mauririus and Air India colab) Stay @ Le Surcof was really awesome. The beach was rite outside our beach window. Early morning sunrise was a beauty to watch everyday. Clear beaches everywhere we went and not to mention the food.. It was yummy!!! Thanks TT for making my First honeymoon trip a memorable one :)

It was an awesome trip and we have many memories to cherish with. Special thanks to Shikha of I Need Travels for her problem solving abilities. The hotel was very good and the guide allotted to us was very friendly.

Had a lovely trip in Mauritius. Everything from the travel agent was organized very well. Special thanks to Tushar for being so sweet and patient throughout. Will come back if any other travel plan! :)
