Everything was smooth. Decent food with plenty of options. Excellent view from the room as well as the hotel. Lots of activities within the hotel. During the tours, just that the co-passengers were addicted to selfies and were not even close to being punctual. That consumed a lot of our time too during the transit. But rest all were very good. A well organized trip overall. Thanks The water activities. The resort too was very nice.

I normally do not write reviews, specially if they are going to be negative. But I am getting reminder emails daily to write one, so here it goes: In a single trip/booking the agent showed me 2 extremes of customer service: best as well as worst. When I initiated the plan, I got 4-5 calls and emails in a day to plan and finalise a quote. Once the itinerary was fixed, I again got 4-5 calls/emails in a day to make the booking. The agents worked really hard to provide the best possible itinerary and quote. I would give 5 stars out of 5 for the experience till then. Now coming to the worst part: Once the payment was made, I had to follow up multiple times for any sort of query I had. There was a goof-up in the itinerary which remained un-resolved even after multiple follow-ups. Once I came back from the trip 10 days back, I have been trying to get clarification over calls and emails, but haven’t got any. I have sent 5 reminder emails and 3-4 reminder calls, but of no use. There is a small refund due as well, but no one is committing the date/status for the same. Recommendation: Please book with them for the best quote and itinerary, but please do not expect much support post booking, specially in case of any hiccups during the trip.

the place was awesome & food was really deliecious snorkeling at water banglow was the best but ensure to carry waterproof camera for clicking some underwater beauty which i have missed to capture..

Overall the trip was fantastic, Hotel was good. Trip was nice and memorable. But there are few points which I would like to bring upon. Agents were constantly in touch before the trip, but during the trip no one tried to contact us regarding the trip and how things are going abroad. We were not booked under Honeymoon Package, so had to run few checks with the Hotel authorities before converting mine into the Honeymoon Package. There was no Wifi in the hotel room !!! And it was a superior room. I wish I could change the location of my hotel, as it was in the northern part of the island and everyday we had to travel for almost like 3 hours to reach the destinations. The South island discovery was the best part. I would recommend you fellow travelers to add this tour to your itinerary. Carry a lot of sun scream with you and water is very costly in Mauritius. So carry bottles wherever you go and don't forget to fill'em up at your Hotels kitchen or bar. If you want to avoid travelling and waiting for fellow passengers, make sure that your hotel is in the middle of the island. Because good beaches and water sports are either on the southern coast line or the eastern part. North island do have some good and serene beaches, but travelling and waiting for other couples in your bus will take up approximately 3 to 4 hours of your day, so think wisely. Overall its a fantastic destination for adventure lovers and nature admirers and off course couples....just go for it.

Expect bangkok hotel all other hotels and service is good.

Had a great memories and experience at mauritius

well had to follow up for a few things initially but overall trip was gud and everything went off smoothly...

Our trip to Maldives was well organized by our agents from i need trip - Gaurav and Avinash, the resort Adaaran club rannhali is very good, appreciate the hospitality. Food was also nice. Overall our trip was memorable and we had great time at Maldives 1. Beach 2. Over water bungalow 3. My birthday which was celebrated at the resort

Our trip was planned by Gaurav and I must say he did a very nice job. He is well versed about the place and ready with suggestions and all the petty doubts I had. The only lag I felt was in flight bookings. I thought travel agents would have some sought of tie up with airlines and we can get reasonably cheap flight tickets compared to the bookings we do by ourselves. But that turned out to be wrong and I spend huge on my flight tickets buring my pockets bad. Else I would have spent some more on the stay. Other than this trip was memorable and faultless. Please cross check the booking and let your agent know if the package needs special consideration like a Honeymoon package or any room choices. I had to arrange my self at the resort for a honeymoon package by multiple follow ups.

Thank you I need trip for creating such a good package and excellent trip. everything starting from airport pickup , hotel,SIC tour, activities, till drop everything and everyone was awesome. we really had great time in Dubai.
