Hotel/ Transport arrangements and support from Malaysian Agent were excellent but lack of coordination in Mktg.& Operations people of I Need Trip Travel. Operations people are focussed only on payment. Not bothered about the services/customer delight & satisfaction. Unnecessarily delaying the things/process. Must go to Langkawi & Genting.

Great Experience a must for everyone...

The review is going to be detailed, caution in advance ! We went for a family trip to Thailand(7 day). After taking quotes from several sites, we came across TT and must say the concept is good . TT helped us discover great travel agency like INEEDTRIP which otherwise we would have never come across. Our review for both as below: Travel Triangle: Great concept. Brought competing quotes from different agencies and helped us discover a great travel agency INEEDTRIP. Also suggested quotes were more economical than other websites with same activities and hotels. So recommended before every trip! Though after connecting you to agency, they take a backseat but overall a good experience. I NEED TRIP: Well everything was a breeze with them. We are glad we chose them PROS: 1. Pre-Trip: Lot of suggestions by Mr. Parth and very accommodating. Frankly, he got us an exceptional favor from Travel Triangle when even TT was reluctant on the same. Helped us plan itinerary, must see places, economize our trip. Professional, punctual, helpful, cheerful...so many adjectives can be used for both the agency and Mr. Parth 2. Special Thanks for Ms. Shalini as well. On finalization of trip, she cleared all our pending doubts, helped us arrange Forex, Travel Insurance, travel sim cards, preferred rooms in our Hotel. Very helpful. 3. In Thailand, their counterpart agency was very good. Everything was on time and we faced no issues at all. All pickups and drops were on time, comfortable and as described pre-trip. Hotels were good, food was good and activities were great. Special thanks to Amusha(Thailand)! Cons/Suggested Improvements: 1. An English/Hindi guide must also be provided: The only thing we felt that can be improved. It would have saved us a lot of time since we had to find lot of things/attractions/eating places on our own had we had a guide. 2. Nong Nooch Village tour was just a half day tour whereas the garden is beautiful and can easily take an entire day. They should have suggested to make it full day since we had lot of time. 3. Tickets to attractions like Alcazar/Nong Nooch show etc were of last row(most probably the cheapest). Hardly able to see any properly from such a distance. Shall suggest to improve on the same 4. The only bad thing in our entire trip was our pickup from Bangkok airport . The pickup person(Most probably Ms Dee--not sure) was very rude to everyone and made us wait more than 2 hours on airport. Overall experience was very pleasant and good with I NEED Trip. Would definitely be planning our next trip with them ! Would definitely recommend below places/attractions: 1. Art In Paradise(pattaya): Photographers heaven. Takes only 2-4 hours. Just google about it. We had our most interesting and best family photographs there. Strongly recommended ! 2. Nong Nooch Village(Pattaya):If you like gardens and flowers, you will not be disappointed. Please do plan a full day tour here. Half day is simply not enough. 3. Safari World(Bangkok): Great Shows especially Dolphin Show and Spy War. Don't Miss the jungle safari as well where you literally drive among tens of tigers that too in your own car ! 4. Ocean World/Sea Life(Bangkok): Our suggestion, just take admission tickets. Don't take activities tickets like Boat Feeding/back of the house...we found them lame. 5. Shopping: How is Trip complete without shopping in Bangkok. Can buy fashion at Pratunam(cheap), Siam(high class, exclusive but premium prices), electronics(Prantip) and if bulk purchasing fashion---visit Bobae

Very much impressed by this travel company's( I Need trip travels Pvt ltd ) personal service and follow through by Mr Pankaj during the planning process, My agent spent considerable time discussing our objectives, our personal needs and a variety of accommodation / activity options. Our travel company worked with our requests and provided an itinerary that was reasonable and in budget. We will plan again abroad trip with same travel company recommend this to other family members and friends also.

Booking with TravelTriangle was a pleasant experience. Best part of booking the tour with TT is that you are not part of a "Group tour". We had all flexibility & independence of time and yet had convenience of everything prebooked. No need to wait in queues to book tickets for attractions and enjoy discounted tickets from Travel agent. Great job by Sandeep and I need Trip team including Praveen,Satendra & Shalini. Special thanks to Praveen who designed my itinerary,provided valuable suggestions on sequencing the attractions and suggested Hotel as per my requirements/star category perfrence. Clear communication,all inclusions & exclusions were explained well. Pre travel briefing call from I need Trip team was to the point and very helpful. One suggestion - Inform clients about about Express tickets in Universal studios incase they want to avoid long queues for the rides. Regarding Parc Sovereign Hotel- Neat & clean rooms,walking distance to Little India.No Indian dish in buffet breakfast but better than Hotel Boss in my opinion as it was always highly crowded. Singapore as a destination has something for every age group. Kids enjoy Universal studios,Sentosa Island and elders can enjoy Garden by Bay, NIght life. If we have to pick one,as family we enjoyed Universal studio the most.

Good Candle light dinner

We had done many research to book a best package to Mauritius and finally decided to book through Travel Triangle ! Trust me they never disappoint us in any way. I chose "I Need Trip" and got Partha guptha as our trip advisor from then our Hassel free Plannin started :) If you get Partha as your trip adviser you no need to worry about any single thing he will guide you each and every single thing listen to your doubts (even a silly one ;)) patiently and plan the trip very well as per your requirement. The only thing i faced is - As promised by travel triangle the jabong offer is not provided for the booked trip :( Overall its a very good experience and i must appreciate partha. you are doing a great job keep it up :) Amazing Island Mauritius, It was a festival for eyes. Trip to Mauritius with my hubby enjoying Island, deep blue sea , Nature , adventurous activities made even more beautiful :)

All the services mentioned by the agent were provided on time. The resort and hotel staff were quite friendly and we felt very comfortable. Watersports, food and ambience were quite amazing at Adaaran huduran select fushi.
