Timely response with Ease of Payment Process. Service from travel agent (Parth Gupta from 'I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd') was good. Provided itinerary was way Better than regular Thailand Trip. Everything was good, though need improvement on service voucher. Ensure that everything is mentioned on service voucher including pick up time for all day else one has to struggle with Thai local tour operators about timings and activities. Way Better than regular Thailand Trip. Visited Phuket and Bangkok, Absolutely amazing place to enjoy solitude, togetherness, adventure. In addition to regular city & beach tour, 'I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd', had come with very adventitious itinerary where we have been offered jungle events like Flying Hanuman, ATV tour,etc. Dinosaur Planet and Sea Life Ocean World-aquarium in Bangkok is must to visit. Absolutely Amazing Experince. Location of the hotel was good. Parth Gupta from 'I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd', has very well managed our itinerary.

I had booked a trip to Thailand with I Need Trip. After putting my requirements on Travel Triangle I got a number of quotations out of which I settled on I Need Trip because of the rate and the service provided by their Officer, Parth. I am happy with the service provided despite some delays in the pick-up at the airport and for the tour. Everything else was as planned.

Had a wonderful time . All the arrangements were well made .All the representative were courteous and helpful . The cab drivers were all well informed. I would like to give special thanks to Rahul Rana for suggesting the hotel Le Victoria Mauritius. I have already recommended travel triangle and I need trip for few of my colleagues and will use it myself for the next trip The hotel Le Victoria was the most memorable part . If anyone not interested in going out too much then this is the best hotel .All water sports activities are available at the hotel. Also if you are a vegetarian then the food will not suit you as there are less options.

The tour was excellent...except one thing...my hotel at krabi Bangkok was icheck inn at ao nang...it was not good wrt services..chada resort in krabi was superb..rest of the things was at their proper level Snorkelling and dinner on cruise is mob arable thing for us..children can enjoy in marine park and ja gal safari

A new guy is introduced in the middle of payment process and experience & response with them is horrible. Old guy helped us at lot.
