Great trip. Enjoyed alot. It was great from start till the end. The agent here of i need trip Mr. Parth was great who was there for every query till the end and the agent in mauritius i.e island walk were also best on there part. One suggestion to i need trip and travel triangle from my side is that when you give silver beach to anyone than please dont give them complimentary water activities as they never provide water activities so it down grades your reputation and commitment. Other than that everything was perfect

had an issue with vegetarian food at hotel...they served us non veg.

Best location and service provided. Rahul Wanna guided us well to select location and package. Hotel was wow and trip planned was best.thanks All Bleau and Nature was awesome.

Package was a gift to my family, hence I was much concerned for the trip comfort. But, Mr. Dinesh Walia(Travel Traiangle) and Mr. Rahul Rana(I need trip) managed the trip very well. Both young talents have wonderful management skills and commitment for the work. Best package and good service provided to me. -Mr. Rahul Rana(I need trip) guides well for useful travel information. -Sunset cruise wasn't success. Please check with local hotel for Sunset cruise confirmation (in case of Mauritius trip).

An absolutely brilliant experience booking my Singapore tour with I Need Trip on Travel Triangle. We had barely a week in which to book a hotel, book flights, and get a visa. But the I Need Trip team took the challenge and made things happen as per the quotes given by them. No hiccups anywhere. Special mention to Praveen Arora and Satendra for taking care of my requirements.

Overall I had an enjoyable trip. All the people whom I interacted with were very helpful and professional with few exceptions . Accommodations were awesome. Both hotels were very nice especially ASEANIA Resort was fantastic. Flights were satisfactory. People from I NEED TRIP LTD were cooperative and prompt with their dealings. But their counterpart in Malaysia, ACD Consolidated were not very helpful & I had few incidents which left a sour taste to what could otherwise have been a wonderful experience for us. I have listed some of the incidents below. 1st incident happened during our Genting Highland tour. Tour started 1 hour late (10:00 instead of 09:00) & the agent refused to extend the return time. After much convincing they extended for 30 mins but we still missed the snow-world which was one of the attractions in our itinerary. Next incident was when I asked them to delay the pickup to airport for some time. Please note that there was 4 hrs difference between the flight time (domestic) & pickup, but again the ACD agent (LEO) was very inflexible & so we had to miss our breakfast in Hotel (which starts 15 mins after our pickup time). Lastly the worst experience happened in langkawi when we went for Langkawi Island tour. We were late for our pickup back to hotel by 5 mins because we were unable to find the pickup location. When I called the driver he started yelling at me & disconnected the call. When we reached the pickup point he was again very angry & impolite to me. When tried to calm him down & told him not to be so offensive. He weren't even ready to listen & threatened me whether I will immediately sit on the cab or not. When I said no, he left us there. Please note that I was with my wife. This guy shouted at me, insulted me & left me stranded there. However the ACD agent in Langkawi arranged another cab for me. BUT THIS INCIDENT RUINED MY TRIP TO SOME EXTENT & LEFT A VERY BAD MEMORY in otherwise nice trip. ASEANIA Resort is nice place to stay in Langkawi. Kuala Lumpur city tour was also good.

Places suggested buy Agent were all beautiful , lunch arranged & dinner at Genting Highland was awesome & accomodation arranged at singapore was as promised The only thing i suggest lunch at malayasia was not as peomised the Only place we felt problem, It should be proprly coordinated with agent to arrange at indian restaurant I got trip arranged for 8 people from I need Trip Travels form Mr Praveen Arrora as agent, the trip arranged was fablous at a very reasonable rate for malayasia & Singapore As promised in Itenary everything was taken car including food sightseeing properly I would like to thank Travel Triangle & Whole Group of i need trip travels for a nostaglic Trip

Your money is in safe hand we had done with you twice one in Jan 2016 and other in June 2016. Good respond from your team members. Very Good and our full family enjoyed the trip. I need Trip Travels Mr. Taran has done a lots of effort to enjoy us thoroughly. Mind blowing trip Cruz experience was excellent. In Hong Kong Cab Driver not given proper attention. He always has to give a option for only one car which we find uncomfortable travelling 9 people.
