Quality of I NEED TRIP TRAVEL is VERY POOR. Agent booked hotel in out of Bangkok. So we could not spend more time in sight seeing and shopping at Bangkok. Agent realized after the payment that the hotel is out of the city. Also he could not make correct time to change immediately. Very BAD experience. My suggestion to all is before making a payment please do check the hotels are inside the city or out of the city else ask clear details to the agents. Other than that everything is good.

Good Points: The journey was made very easy. the responses form the Travel agents were quick. Bad points: The only good thing about The Hotel which I booked was the Sea View and the Lobby. The Hospitality was at its worst. The Hotel Staff never smiled and was rude most of the times. The way they behaved made it clear that they were extremely partial towards the European clients.
