What they can do to add further value is provide an advisory about the locales to visit, what to expect in terms of shopping, average cost around popular activities so that customers have a baseline about what to expect.

I have booked a 7 days Thailand trip on travel triangle through "I need trip travels" and it was above expectations. Everything on the itinerary was clear and done on time. Bhavya was the operator from "I Need Trip Travels" who ensured everything went smooth and hassle free starting from arrival till departure. A complimentary SIM card was given to stay in touch with the Thai contact provided earlier by Bhavya. There were no chances left to complaint about anything. I fully enjoyed my vacation as Bhavya took care of all details by co-coordinating with his Thai counterparts. This was my second vacation booked via travel triangle and its worth every penny. My recommendation to all: Please go ahead, book your trip and enjoy the vacation. Everything will be taken care of.

It was a hassle free experience and agent(Annu) accommodated many last moment requests and planned a smooth and amazing trip to Mauritius.

I was refered to Travel Triangle website by a friend and I will admit that this was a great referral. Quotes were returned promptly and changes requested were accommodated without any hesitation. Overall, an extremely well-organized travel planner! A scope for improvement is on the validity/correctness of some country-specific information that the travel agents state.

Getting quotes and planning your trip is a breeze at Travel Triangle. However this time i found the pricing bit on the higher side than what i could have got myself, which I already had but cancelled on insistence by Konark (iNeedTrip) for a better deal. This hotel deal didn't turnout that great. Not that the service or facilities weren't good, but could have been better for the price paid. Further, this was the first time I traveled in an international flight which didn't serve food. These details should be confirmed prior to booking as its somewhat taken for granted. However, i must say that Konark helped a lot in getting things done in a very short span of time. An advice would be to share the specifics upfront without being asked about and not to stop replying (even though if it's negative) after the payment is done. Looking forward to more trips.

Its really very nice experience to travel with Traveltriangle ( I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd) .It is very difficult for anybody to trust on travel agencies but U can trust on traveltime as they are giving very good service to their customers.
