Everything was as per Itinerary. Very much enjoyed. Only one person gets the credit, Tanya, from I Need Trip.

We planned three places, phuket , pattaya and thailand with ineedtrip via TT, initially i was hesitating doing this online, but these people managing it well and gives you best deal. you can go ahead. They planned the iternary good, but would be best if you sync your requirements with them properly. Only one place I find them little unmanaged, is that they do not provide me the local sim once i arrive at airport in phuket or bangkok, no idea, nobody was there to receive, since the flight got delayed by 2 hours. I somehow managed with local people from other travel agency. After that it was very PROPER. Hastle Free. Enjoyed a lot. Overall :: VERY GOOD Suggestion:: Please ensure tourists get recieved well once they arrive at airport, its really frustrating if you just tell you do not give sim in thailand trip and give in marutisus trip. Phi Phi Island snorkeling must DO in phuket, dolphin show must watch there. art gallery & sanctuary of truth good scenary in pattaya, must do is sea walking if you have strong heart and the alczar show. Bangkok, must go is ocean world , dinner in cruise., safari world

Felt total price was high.. it could have been 20% low easily Singapore and Bali both are amazing

It was a trip with gud memories. Everything was organized and arranged very well by my agent. special thanks to Mr. Parth. I would surely love to arrange for my next trip with travel triangle.

The trip was very well organized .. Pick ups were always on time .. Everything was smooth. Travel co-ordinator Praveen was very helpful and clarifies each & every query. Last moment request to add few more places was entertained. Bintan Island was awesome :) Thanks to I need Trip Travel for a rememberable trip :)

You see their persistence only until you book. Later most of the services are delayed. Hotel coupons received were up to date before departure. Other services were stated under service voucher. There service voucher doesn't state any validity on the trip. Service coupons were consistently requested by me before departure. But, I was mentioned of receiving them at landing. This never happen. All the services were delayed for at least one hour including the pickups at airport. This always generated a panic as I never had any valid proof of the agency. The hotel wouldn't be aware of the third party bookings. When I contacted I need trip, I received an answer that we can't give you any vouchers now and useless excuses with it. This part was sorted only after repeated contacts with their Thailand counter part but still didn't get any vouchers even later. Note: Beware of the half day tours sold on the phuket trip as they are just a visit to sovenier shop. You may land up opting and wasting a full day for it. Book a hotel in Phi Phi if you are visiting it. Don't go with the day tour. This place is amazing.

The overall experience of of the trip was quite good the ground team in india Both Praveen and Satendra were really helpful. From ACD team it is John who has to be given a pat on back. He was really jolly and helpful. Gave us much needed advice of what to do and what not to do. All the daily activities were quite good. Just one request remove butterfly park from sentosa Itenary and if possible add Madame tussade or 4D adventure land. Spend time in butterfly park was sheer waste of money. There were hardly any butterfly the airport terminal 3 has a better butterfly park that to for free. As taran suggested we stayed in Clarke quay and it's an amazing place to party. It's my suggestion if you are travelling to Singapore and what to get a feel of Singapore Stay in Clarke Quay,Orchard Road or Boat Quay it worth the extra money you spend.

1.No meal preference i.e Veg was selected for both side flight transfers due to which we couldn't get any food onboard. 2.No updates from "I Need Trip" or "Travel Triangle" about the whereabouts of travellers,neither informing pre req to travel abroad. 3."Island Walk" agency from mauritius did a complete mismanagement for group of couples by having a different set of couples for all different days,due to which there was a lot of waiting period at the hotel as nobody knew about their group for bus so that they can make arrangements for everyone to be on time. 4.We were misguided by Island Walk agency for the final day tour of "Casela Nature Park" informing on time about non availability of "Quad Biking" but the same was confirmed during payment on the day before that. Do take "Le Meridian" hotel for best property,best food and best service.

Overall Good... hotel (IBIS) in KL is not a good option to select.

I repeatedly ask agent that i need hotel in bur dubai... Even i re confirmed about hotel location from mr mukesh of travel triangle ...he said yes , the hotel given to me is in bur dubai ... And when i reached there ..the hotel was in deira city... I really felt cheated ....

Full of fun & excitements. Cheers! to 'I need trip' & especially 'Pankaj' for arranging such a wonderful family trip. Some small tips for future travelers - Be punctual & enjoy every moment of your trip to the fullest. Carry less Forex cash, more in Forex card & also take a international sim card like Matrix. Choose more & more excursions/adventurous activities rather than shopping. Take a complete package including transportation & do not keep anything to be paid their (except lunch/dinner). Shop from super market like Carrefour rather than Duty free or company outlets especially electronics (buy liquor from duty free only & that too at the time of arrival itself). Bring water bottles from nearby supermarket rather than hotels. If you are staying at Atlantis Hotel or going to its Aquaventure water park than do carry your swimsuits from home itself. During your stay at Atlantis, go for lunch/dinner to a nearby food court at Mall of emirates that too by a free & frequent shuttle bus service from Atlantis hotel to Mall & return.
