We booked our travel anticipating good itinerary but the itinerary which Seaside followed was utterly boring & of zero value. We booked a 7 day trip so we have 3 days which we can go as we wish and that saved our trip as we covered for our 2 terrible tours by Seaside (North & South). Sad part here is that South Mauritius is amazingly beautiful and what seaside covered was utterly pathetic and was of no fun. Travel Triangle (Rahul) gave a good overview of Mauritius and helped pick a good hotel but he did not tell anything about tour by Seaside being so bad. So, I will think twice multiple times before booking via Travel Triangle. Coming to Hotel - Ravenala Attitude. Property is nicely built and had BIG rooms. Yes, the rooms were pretty big but our room was so far away from Pool/Dining area that it used to take us 10 minutes to walk to Beach/Pool etc. In that case it was not good. Hotel staff is OK but the staff in restaurants is terrible. They have no manners of how to talk to guest. Veg food is fine but Non Veg was utterly tasteless and repetitive. The staff in Italian restaurant (Tavola) was pathetic. They were behaving as if we weren't paying and having food. We also had coconut cake & rose bath included in the package but it wasn't provided and we didn't follow-up for that as we wanted to enjoy our holiday and not have argument. But this shows the lack of professionalism at the end of Hotel and also at end of Travel Triangle for committing to wrong expectation. Coming to Flights. Flight from Delhi to Dubai to Mauritius was simply Amazing (Emirates) but the return journey was terrible as there was no leg space in Air Mauritius. There could have been a blunder which could have happened because of Travel Triangle, flight return time was wrong in voucher beside me telling them 2-3 times. We took action by contacting emergency number otherwise we could have missed the flight back home. I would have loved to stay back but this shows utter negligence at the end of Travel Triangle. My trip was Amazing as I planned 4 out of 7 days myself and made the best of the available time. Although service provided by Travel Triangle could have been better. Will I book trips via Travel Triangle in future - NO.

Accommodation provided by you was very good, Staff was excellent, Very near to the Indian restaurant and Bangla road. My trip was not so good Phi Phi tour was really bad as per you they covered 2-3 beaches on phi phi tour but that was not happened they have given us only 1.5 hrs to visit Phi Phi island. City tour was very bad it was totally wastage of day , We have only visited 3 places, hill top , cashew nut factory and one temple just for 15-20 min which was not happening at all instead of these places they could have arranged better places like Dolphin show, Safari, ATW etc. City Tour Guide came at the end of tour and she didn't tell any thing about places, she was always on the call. she asked for activity at the end of the city tour and by that time we have already wastage our half day so we didn't have that much time to visit other places. Overall city tour was a bad experience.

Bali trip was very good, Singapore trip was very bad, it started with we waiting for two hours in the airport for the driver , hotel room very congested, SIM card not provided in Singapore, I was told we will be given one. And the final one, the flight time was mentioned as 22:45, but the flight got departed at 21:00. Even the connecting taxi was booked at 7:45 pm for the flight.

It was a wonderful trip.... We suffer no obstacles or any issue.... It was a really enjoyable.... Just one advise that the traveller should be aware about the expenditure of Mauritius.... Hotel was really good with great services and food

Our trip to Singapore was Perfectly Planned by #Shalini She took all the pain since start till our Departure, told all minute details to be taken care of while Trip Everything was planned well Good Hotel (Parc Sovereign), Cab Pick & Drop, Etc I Would Strongly recommend I NEED TRIP for Travel trip its Worthy. Thanks to Mr. Satendra Who managed to get our visas on time even after delayed from our side. Thanks to Travel Triangle & I Need Trip :) Our Cruise Experience from Singapore to Port Klang was Super Awesome <3 A memorable trip Tip to Future Traveler - Please take 5 hours gap in between Check out from Cruise to your next Activity as Due to Long Que at Ship Immigration it takes much time.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THE TRIP WAS PERFECT. JUST ONE THING WHICH WAS NOT TOLD TO US BEFORE WAS THAT THE FULL BOARD DOESNT COVER ANY DRINKS, NOT EVEN WATER AND NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS. WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR THOSE. THAT WAS A BUMMER. OTHERWISE SUN SIYAM IRUFUSHI WAS A VERY NICE RESORT.

It was good service given by trav triangle. :) The resort was very good. The place was just awesome. :)

We took Hotel+Cruise Package from INeedTrip Travels. They were really responsive at the time of booking and I provided a best price too. But as soon as the booking was done, they stopped responding to even general queries. This is the only negative part. Otherwise their professional way of handling all issues including visa was very impressive.
