I normally do not write reviews, specially if they are going to be negative. But I am getting reminder emails daily to write one, so here it goes:
In a single trip/booking the agent showed me 2 extremes of customer service: best as well as worst. When I initiated the plan, I got 4-5 calls and emails in a day to plan and finalise a quote. Once the itinerary was fixed, I again got 4-5 calls/emails in a day to make the booking. The agents worked really hard to provide the best possible itinerary and quote. I would give 5 stars out of 5 for the experience till then.
Now coming to the worst part: Once the payment was made, I had to follow up multiple times for any sort of query I had. There was a goof-up in the itinerary which remained un-resolved even after multiple follow-ups. Once I came back from the trip 10 days back, I have been trying to get clarification over calls and emails, but haven’t got any. I have sent 5 reminder emails and 3-4 reminder calls, but of no use. There is a small refund due as well, but no one is committing the date/status for the same.
Recommendation: Please book with them for the best quote and itinerary, but please do not expect much support post booking, specially in case of any hiccups during the trip.
