Overall trip was good. But candle light dinner in coir village resort in alleppy was not arranged properly. And resort is too far from city place. Jeep Safari in Munnar .

Over all it is good trip. Akilesh is very nice person. All things are good arranged by akilish. Only problem is in houseboat. They show other a house boat pics to me but at end time they change house boat otherwise it is very good. Driver is very good person and very co operative. driver rahman is very good. Hotel tree blunche is very good. We enjoy alot there.

Had a memorable honeymoon trip to munnar.everything went well without any hassles.they provided a decent car and a proficient driver Mr eapen.he had a profound knowledge about all the places in munnar..he even went outside the itinerary plan on our request and ahowed us chaturangapara which is in tamilnadu border on a hilltop. its a barren land covered with lemongrass on a hilltop with gusty winds blowing to the top of the hill. We had a very nice experience on the bamboo dale resort. the stay on the tree top was awesome.overall we had a very nice experience thanks travel triangle and vihaan hospitality for giving us a memorable trip

Vihaar team (Akhilesh) did a very good job while booking the hotels and planning the itinerary for my trip to Kerala. Senior person (Prateesh) was personally involved while planning the itinerary as he is local to Kerala. The tour was very much comfortable. The itinerary was planned in such a way that we were not tired throughout the trip of 9 days long. No hassles while checking in the hotels and getting the cabs. The cab driver's (Jitish) behavior was excellent. He had a very good knowledge about the destinations and gave good shopping recommendations which were like "cherry on the cake". I fully recommend Vihaar for Kerala tour.

Overall my experience to Kerala with family is a memorable. The customer service support is very good and prompt. The hotel at Munnar -White Myst is a resort on a hill lock with beautiful nature surrounding. However, the food and restaurant of the hotel is not good. The break fast included inthe package is disappointing and dinner also we don't have any choice nor there is a restaurant near by. The maintenance of the hotel is not good like lighting, swimming pool etc. The hotel at Thekkady is average and not having restaurant but near by hotels are available. The cab driver was bit hasty but customer support took good care as required. We missed boating trip to Periyar laje.House boat experience in Aleppy was good but we felt we should have engaged house boat for day cruise and could have covered one more day at Thekkady or Munnar or a trip to Guruvayur temple. The food for vegitarian is not upto the satisfaction Munnar visit and cruise in house biat at Alleppey

Staffs are very courteous. House boat trip is memorable
