I had a good experience with Vihaar . It was made sure every now and then that I was having a good vacation.

The hotel was a really bad experience. I lost all the excitement post that. But thanks to the boat house and the cab driver. They helped me feel that all is not bad.

Thanks to Vihaar Hospitality for arranging all the things good manner. Vihaar Hospitality representative was very kind while speaking and was taking care of end customer by calling me before, during and after the trip. The hotel we stayed was good, the water for use was not quite clear n clean in the room. we had got brand new AC Fiat Linea for the trip, but the Driver was very very rude when I was opening the window, "I WILL CHARGE YOU THOUSAND RUPEES FINE if you open the window" driver said. Non AC charges are different he was saying. I was shocked bcoz of the voice tone of him. other things went well. thanks to Vihaar Hospitality.

Genesis house boat in Alleppy awesome experience. Jungle Park Resort Hotel in Tekkedy quite good. Black Forest Hotel in Munnar and Hawah Palace Hotel in Kovalam not so good. Not recommend. Great management and hospitality by Vihaar Hospitality. Good follow up calls by Chitra. Driver Subin very well behaved and friendly hospitality.

Please improve the breakfast menu in hotel and ask the hotel staff to cooperate with customer and treat them like a king not as burden.especially Green ridge hotel munnar Sealord hotel is superb

Firstly As soon we reached Travel was our first contact, We got Driver number as soon as we started from Chennai, Car Driver was so polite and gentle in behavior, fluent in English, Tamil, Malayalam. Car was too clean as well as new to mention. Driving was so gentle in driving. We then landed at our residence where we were allotted room. It was 3 star hotel, the room booked was deluxe but room allotted was Executive which was an free upgrade. Unexpected surprise. Hotel hospitality was extremely beautiful and our room was mountain view. Gala Dinner and breakfast food provided at hotel was superb. Very next day we were at Alleppey House Boat ride. The boat was clean and well maintained. Staff at the house boat was very much gentle. Candle light dinner was unexpected surprise we had. Well planned and executed things from House Boat. Later honeymoon decoration for night awesome no words can explain. Morning Breakfast was awesome. Our sight seeing at Kochi was beautiful experience as driver showed us many places. the day lunch was beautiful as our driver took us to best restaurant as per my wish. We reached our station early for our train. I will definately rate 200% for this trip much more happy. More advise from co-ordinater to plan your trip usefully. you will get plenty of options.

Had a very memorable experience in Kerala from 20Dec 2016 to 25Dec 2016. All credit goes to Suja for her continuous support and providing a well packaged honeymoon for me. All hotels selected are superb. First place goes to Munnar and elusim garden hotel and the buffet breakfast and dinner. Second place would go house boat and the food. Third place goes to kochi and lulu mall and keys hotel. Last one would be thekkady and jungle park hotel. Overall a very good and fantastic honeymoon experience. Couldnt ask for better than this. My next trip would be to kovalam thiruvananthapuram. I will definitely recommend vihar hospitality to my friends and relatives. Also i should thank our cab driver Pradeep for his overall support during the entire trip. Thank you Suja for giving me a great and memorable experience..

very good trip , arrangements made by vihaar were all good, hotels and rooms where nice and clean, driver was all mannered although there was a bit of difficulty conversing with him as his english was not fluent and he did not know hindi. but he was well mannered and driving was smooth. overall good trip elephant ride in munnar, trekking in priyar., house boat in aleppy

Out of 5 i give 4.5 to vihaar and specially chithra..

Trip was very good, hotels are nice, driver service is also good. Thank you Chitra, Travel Taingle & Vihar Hospitality for arranging such good trip. Green palace health resort is really very nice Hotel all staff sevice is good only thing is don't take SPA or massage in there its really pathetic. Its wast of money. Wanted to Highlighted that - Driver should know what points to be cover in trip ( which are written quote ) or Trip agent should guide us regarding sequence of places to visit he should not miss-out some places . Because we people dont know what is there places and what time it will take to visit.

The trip organized by Vihaar hospitality was very well executed. The coordinator Chitra was very helpful throughout the trip. She was in touch throughout the trip. Our driver Mr. Biju was with us from day one. He was very supportive,honest and extremely helpful. He made special efforts for us to shop at places where things were cheaper. Really appreciate his efforts.Slightly disappointed with the hotel provided at Munnar -"Black forest". The hospitality there was not at all good and the place was too far from the city . It increased the travelling time.The food quality was not good. The hotel stay at Thekkady was very pleasant. The hospitality was great.Good food. well maintained rooms. We couldn't enjoy boating cause of the rains anywhere.The house boat stay was one of the bestest experience. The motorman and the cook were extremely good. A memorable stay at the houseboat. Best quality food served with warmth. Overall experience was great. Thanks to Chitra & Mr. Biju for making the trip memorable. Thanks to Travel Triangle(Aman) and Vihar hospitality . Houseboat stay was wonderful and meomrable. Munnar is very beautiful and has a pleasant weather.
