In shimla hotel is good..but facility like bed warmer,hair dryer is not available there so difficult fr traveller...food is also good only not best...after complain they gave good food In manali hotel stay & there hotel staff person r too supportive &helpful ...best food,best service & best location of hotel....so miss tht....food test is too yummy

Did not get the what agency offered while registering to the plan got 3 star hotel in Manali it was much better than Shimla. The hotel in Shimla has worse service. No one bothered to listen to my query. When sharing the agent had offered several things we did not get when we reached at the hotel.. Worst experience
