Trip was joyful..The cab was good and clean..Driver was also friendly and informative

The Hotels which were booked for the trip was excellent. The Cab driver was good and fluent in English but he was not flexible. The timings were annoying as the we could spend sufficient time as we were rushed. The travel agent(Shanil) never called us after he got the money. He didn't even have the courtesy to ask if we reached the airport and how was the trip etc. I would suggest the hotels to my friends and not the travel agent. I would like them to improve on planning, customer relations. White water rafting in kitulgala

Thanks to Travel Triangle, we got a number of quotes with itineraries and were finally put in touch with Travco Adventures. I must take this opportunity to compliment Ms. Riyaz Fatma of Travel Triangle who was very responsive when I was facing internet problems for uploading our information on the website. She also made sure that we got very prompt responses in the initial stages from the Travel agent. To start with, we should say that the 5-day Itinerary drawn up by Shanil of Travco Adventures for our first visit to Srilanka was very beautifully planned - We enjoyed every bit of the trip. Except for a hotel glitch that happened in Bentota (Hotel Riverside Araliya), the hotels that we stayed in, viz. Hotel Traveller's Nest (Kandy), Lake View Comfort Bungalow (Nuwara Eliya) and Coco Royal Resort (Bentota) were fabulous. We must compliment Shanil for his very prompt response in changing our lousy hotel in Bentota from Hotel Riverside Araliya to Coco Royal Resort (an excellent beach-side resort) at very short notice and that too late in the evening. Ofcourse, the Lake View Comfort Bungalow at Nuwara Eliya is a heavenly place to stay in. Our Guide-cum-Driver Jagath was the best we could ask for - We would rate him 5-Star+. Thanks to him, we learnt a lot about the culture and history of Srilanka. Jagath is a warm person with excellent driving skills. He is very knowledgeable, ever willing to share his knowledge, always smiling, extremely punctual and very helpful. Having taken the pains to understand our taste, he ensured he took us to the right places where we thoroughly enjoyed the sights, the food and did excellent shopping. During our 5-day trip we visited Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Bentota and Colombo. In Kandy, we went to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, Spice Garden where we purchased many healing herbs / oils, visited the Temple of the Tooth at Kandy, St. Paul's Church (next to the Temple of the Tooth) and finally experienced the very energetic Kandyan Cultural Dance and Fire Show. On our way to Nuwara Eliya, we saw the Glenloch tea plantation at close quarters and were taken to the factory where they explained the whole process of tea making (right from plucking to end production), then stopped at the Ramboda Waterfalls and were shown a detailed educational video and were explained about the Upper Kothmale Hydro Power Project, and finally stopped by the Gregory Lake in Nuwara Eliya. Enroute to Bentota, we experienced the exciting White Water River Rafting on the Kithulgala River. In Bentota, we learnt about the Toddy Tapping process and tasted some toddy as well, did some water sports, visited the Turtle Farm and a Gem Mining field and were explained the step by step process of gem-mining and polishing. The final stage was Colombo, where we ended up completing our shopping for taking souvenirs back for our family & friends in India. An excellent trip which we would recommend to our family & friends through Travel Triangle, with Travco Adventures and Mr. Jagath, our Driver.

The best hotel we stayed were in Kandy (Earl's Regent) and Bentota (Temple tree). Food and other services were good. At Nuwara Eliya, we stayed at a place called waterfall view resort, which was very average. Lover's leap, river safari, moon stone mining, fish spa and shopping in nigombo was awesome.

We enjoyed watching the ancient method of toddy tapping thanks to our Chauffeur arranging for us to see it.A meal at Ministry of Crab a must do.All our hotels were great but we enjoyed Temple Tree Resorts the most as we had 2 days to stay there.Local cuisine is wonderful.Do take back the local spices home.

This was my first international trip with my boys (6 & 8). They were excited from get go and were calling it a boys trip. Travco tours made the trip memorable especially our guide Mr. Kennedy who looked after all our needs. He is a true professional. I can say that the services offered by travel triangle was best, it provided me with good B2B travel agents & with amazing prices. I got good rates & the services offered by Mr. Shanil of Traveco was good, all the hotels offered were very good. I want to know is there any HOLD point for you, in case if I find that the services offered by the travel company is not good. Some of the suggestions for travel triangle is that. • Travel triangle should check the itinerary provided by the travel agent, as in our case the travel agent had provided us a itinerary which was practically impossible i.e there were more places mentioned in the itinerary per day wise, but practically we could not cover these places. It would be better that we have time & during to be spent at each places. • Travel triangle should inform the travel agents that the driver shall not except the client to shop or eat from the shops where the driver takes, as most of the time our driver took us to very expensive restaurant & shops, initially i.e the first three days we shopped at the places & ate at the restaurants where our driver took us, he was happy, but we came to know that the prices were very high at these places & hence we stopped buying & eating at the places where our driver took instead we opted for other places, due to which our driver was very upset & started driving the vehicle at very low speed & we were sitting in the vehicle most of the time & reaching the destination very late & spending less time at the tourist spots & more time at vehicle. • Travel triangle shall also inform that clients the do’s & don’ts in the particular country.

Very nice pickup and drop. Hotel arrangements is very good. Except Emerald hill hotel reception service. Especially bentota beach hotel is super. Warm cooperation by our drive Mr.Eranda . our four days trip is very enjoyment. best memories is kandy elephant camp and BENTOTA cinnamon beach.
