Our third trip from travel triangle and everything was perfect as always!

We got multiple quotes from different vendors at travel triangle. We were able to easily compare and close the best deal.

Mixed feelings about the experience of this. I feel I needed to do more research before booking and plan the trip better myself. Didn't give myself enough time as last minute decision. Our driver was nice and pleasant and did what was required. The hotels was a mixed bag of great and not so good. Travel agent was okay.

Overall, the trip was satisfactory. We were travelling with a 1.5 year old kid and obviously it was tough and felt we were always on the road. Pros: The guide Charitha has good knowledge of all the places and took care of us well. Would use his service again. Value for money package Cons: Overall better planning could have been done by Miss Roshell, especially between Nuwara eliya and bentota stretch - on the road for 7 hours, exhausting. Communication with Mr Charitha could have been better meaning he was bit pushy about taking us to every place on the itinerary inspite of us insisting that we did not want to go to all the places because of the baby.

Overall we had a great time in Sri Lanka... All the hotels we stayed in were good and the food was also great. I would recommend people to choose Travel triangle for their bookings as they provide the most competitive prices.

My trip to SL was over all amazing and what’s promised in the trip was covered. 5 days trip was very friendly and stayed in Anuradhapura, Sirigia, N. Ellla, Colombo. Country is very safe and people are friendly and didn’t encountered any issues. Perfectly safe and friendly. Mr. Fernando was was the face of our travel and made customisations to my trip and was easy and simple. Our trip advisor/driver Mr, Duminda was friendly and was taking care of us which is very key for a successful trip as he was the translator in many parts of the trip.. Over all hotel stays and the food in hotels were very good and enjoyed a lot, I would recommend anyone travelling to Srilanka with Travaco … cost effective and genuine trip advisor…. We recently traveled to Sri Lanka with Travco, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived at the airport, our driver, Duminda, was waiting for us, making our transition to the first destination, Kandy, smooth and hassle-free. My family and I had an amazing 7-day holiday in Sri Lanka with Travco Adventures. The places we visited like Sigiriya, Dambulla, Kandy, and Nuwara Eliya had the perfect atmosphere and cool weather. Our driver was very nice and showed us around the most throughout the day, taking us to temples and picturesque views. It was a unique experience that we will always remember. We will definitely be coming back to Sri Lanka and Travel Triangle for our future holidays with family and friends. Thank you for a splendid vacation!

I had travelled to srilanka with group of 4 members via travco adventures on May 1 St to May 7 th . I really liked the way Roshell and Fernando communicated with us and Roshell slowly and very politely explained all the details of itenary. Most importantly how many times u call Roshell to get details she will reply politely and do all the necessary details . I have asked for change of hotels in all places and they have done that and communication is very important which they have done to their best. They have done that very prompt. They have sent driver Dhanuka who was driving the car for 7 days . And his driving skills is too good and will inform a day before about the itenary and time to start the tour. It was indeed great trip. Thank u travos and especially Roshell and Fernando for the wonderful trip organised.

Overall a good experience visiting to Srilanka

Travel Triangle and Travco Adventures combined to hlp us for a memorable SL Trip .

Overall experience was good but very uncomfortable , driver was professional, humble and knowledgeable, car was decent, though we didn’t get what we had paid for and definitely we’ll never opt for travco in future. Since my wife is in her final trimester we requested the the travel agent to cut-short our trip skipping sigriya , dambulla and bentotta and keeping 2 days at one destination so that we don’t have to hop from one hotel to another every single day. We covered colombo, kandy, nurwa elliya and ella in 8 days. But the room provided to us were not what we paid for. Both in kandy and nurwa eliyya on first day there was no view/ balcony and we were forced to adjust on day one and were provided the promised room on day 2. UpOn confirming with the hotel reception we were told that the travel agent was told about the unavailability of the room on the provided dates. He played smart, keeping us in dark and had the audacity to threaten us to cancel the trip in nurwa eliya upon complaining when it happened for the second time in nurwa eliyya. So technically we cut short 3 destinations, paid more than the initial quotation and switched rooms every single day for 8 days pretty much adding to the discomfort. Secondly, considering my wife’s pregnancy in mind we preponed the trip by one day without any change in the itinerary thereby adding extra day in colombo to rest and readily paid extra for one day accommodation plus airport transport( that was covered in trip). Travel agent said his service is from airport to airport so if we are coming one day before we’ve to pay extra for airport to colombo transfer. We paid without arguing but we strongly feel this could have been avoided. Thirdly, travel agent always increased the price by 10-15 usd saying the economic conditions in srilanka isn’t good which is clearly unprofessional. Moreover he provided the wrong booking name in all four hotels adding to the confusion.

Great support by Rushell befor the travel and also during the trip. All our questions and asks where answered promptly and accurately.
