Very nice pickup and drop. Hotel arrangements is very good. Except Emerald hill hotel reception service. Especially bentota beach hotel is super. Warm cooperation by our drive Mr.Eranda . our four days trip is very enjoyment. best memories is kandy elephant camp and BENTOTA cinnamon beach.

Trip was organized very well in terms of program and places to visit. Both travel agent and driver were professional in delivering services. Some hotels was below my expectations and was not clean and the location of one was far of visits. I had to pay additional transportation fees to reach some tourist destinations that hadn't been covered in the package. Amazing natural life and views were experienced. The weather was very nice at this time.

We booked our holiday in Sri Lanka through the Travel Triangle website. The process is straightforward and the agent Ms. Riyaz Fatma was very professional. We opted for the package offered by Travco Adventures. Travco proved to be very reliable and professional. Mr. Shanil Fernando booked the hotels as we requested. Our only major complaint was with the Slightly Chilled hotel where we were given a room way below standard without hot water! However, the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Our other minor complaint is that the Mandara Hotel in Mirissa did not give us a room on the main hotel but we stayed in a separate annex building behind the main hotel. We also stayed at the Temple Tree hotel in Bentota and The Kingsbury hotel in Colombo. Both of these hotels are fantastic and highly recommended! Overall we are very satisfied with the holiday experience provided by Travel Triangle and Travco Adventures. One of the best surprises of our trip was our driver, Mr. Kennedy, who is a true professional, always smiling and always on-time! Apart from driving us around he provided all the information we needed to make our stay more enjoyable! We thank him for his time and effort! Mr. Nolan Parrera is best throughout Srilanka tour. We are pleased with his driving skills and ability. He was very helpful all the time. He was like chauffer come guide come family member. Whenever I was facing shortage of local currency I had borrowed from him and later paid him. Such people are very rare. Thank Shanil for such accompany. Room service was awesome at Joe’s village Habarana, Kent Hotel Tissamaharana, Comfort Bunglow Nuwara Eliya, No room service like tea/coffee/sugar/milk bags at Hotel Travel Nest Kandy, River side araliya Bentota, Rani beach resort hotel. Hotel River side araliya Bentota had excellent food quality. Chef had customized diner for me. Very much delighted with his Indian style cooking. I was expecting candle light dinner over here as we agreed but no such arrangement was done. So it lets me down. Rest hotel had average or below average food quality. As per our tour details all rooms should be provided with decoration. However only at Bentota (Hotel River side araliya) & Tissamarana (Kent Hotel) rooms were decorated. Since my departure from Srilanka to India was on 21-Jan-2017 23:40 Hour and Rani beach resort hotel at Negombo check out time 21-Jan-2017 14:00 Hour. I was told all rooms are occupied hence we won’t allow you late checkouts. But then Hotel staff demanded USD 25 for late check out that too up to 18:00 hour. This is very annoying thing that in spite of all hotel room occupancies how can one allow me till evening. Such surprises I faced at last moment. I had to spent 3-4 hours in hotel’s reception area. In terms of sightseeing, transport facility Yes Overall Srilanka was amazing tour and the reason behind is Mr. Shanil and Mr. Nolan Yala Jungle Safari, Turtle Hatchary, wood carving and gems museum visit, Srilanka cultural dance.

I was under the impression that when I specifically several times asked for the train to Kandy that it would be taken care of. We arrived and NO reservations were made, and only 3rd class tickets were available for a 3 hour train ride no seats. Our driver and Guide saved the day by tipping a train attendant and then jumped on the train to battle the crowd and got us two seats. At the minimum the reservations should have been made by your company since you made all of the arrangements. The Queens hotel west wing was very loud horns, engines, and whistles until 7:30 pm. and it started at 7:00 am in the morning. Would not ever recommend this hotel.

From the very first email, Travco tours was nothing but professional. They took a simple itinerary and made it full and interesting. Even me throwing a last minute change into the agenda did not phase them! They were spot on for interesting things to do, and gave me some quality different hotels to stay at. Upon arrival, I met Kennedy the driver. He was so efficient and helpful, even to tell one property to be sure to have an extra blanket in the room, because I mentioned I had been cold the night before. This guy is the best, really top of the line in attention to detail, and staying one step ahead of me to ensure I saw everything I could possibly see! Nice trips, last hotel in Columbo was bad not up to our expectations. Else all our hotels were excellent Shanil n Geet were really helpful Stay in Mandara Resort, Royal Plam resort.

The overall experience has been fantastic.. very nice cab, amazing driver and a great itinerary. Only set back was the hotel at bentota, they hotel Riverside Araliya is really a sub standard hotel and should not be included in 3 star package at all, it lacks basic facilities and service is really bad. I would suggest that you add hikkaduwa to the plan since there are so many water sports available in that area.

Earl Regent (Kandy) was a nice hotel but with dishonest staff. Mount Heaven (Ella) was very poor in service and food quality. Waterfall villas out performed the expectations and did better than the other hotels which had better ratings than them. The driver/guide was exceptionally good and he did his best to salvage the situation and help us get the best out of this trip.

Our driver Mr. Cennadi was worst as he was not ready to listen to anything. He did what he wanted to do without our preference which is not acceptable in hospitality business. Apart from that everything was great. Car Quality, Hotels, Trip Planning everything top class but driver spoilt the mood. Will not recommend same driver to anyone.

Our driver Mr. Oshada was the best ever. Very helpful and made us feel safe throughout the trip. Travco is a decent company to plan a holiday with, can be a little more flexible however.
