It was a great experience...lavish resort in sigiriya and nelinsa in kandy were very good and food was delicious.... daffodil in nuwara was good as well...though there was but of communication problem with the staff...they were not so fluent in English and we cudnt decipher what they said.....in bentota...green shadow beach resort was a let down....it was not in bentota but far away, food was not that good and they kepttheir best rooms for other people who were yet to pay for their accomodation as we had already paid full amount we were not given the good rooms ...they do have a personal beach so that's only solace and a very pet friendly hotel....but all said this hotel couldn't match the other in terms of infrastructure and service. Mr Mendis our driver through travco was an absolute delight..... highly recommend him and hotels lavish resort in sigiriya and nelinsa in kandy and daffodil in nuwara....Mr Mendis went out of his way to get jackfruit for me and was a very smooth driver and gave us a great tour......his smile is infectious and always makes it a point to stop at great restaurants for lunch as well......again highly recommend him....

We booked the land package for 5N6D Srilanka from Travel Triangle.. Faced some initial hick-ups while booking. However, the trip was memorable and was very smooth. Both the Hotels we chose and stayed in were excellent and had beautiful rooms with nice view .Travel agent ensured the trip went smooth and accident free. From early morning pickup to drop back at Srilanka Airport we enjoyed each and every bit of the trip. Our driver "Janak" was an awesome guy who not only drove well but was very courteous and soft spoken. He wasn't for once even denied an extra stoppage ( as with our kid we had to take multiple breaks). There was no unnecessary interference or suggestions either. Brilliant guy!! Cinnamon Bey Beruwala: Property at bentota was huge with an ocean view room. It had multiple activities for kids in play area. A swimming pool for both kids and adults, live musical evenings, weekly cultural show, close proximity to beach and nice food.. Turtle farms, Hikkaduwa beach ( famous for snorkelling), bentota beach area, madhau river safari we had a nice experience.

Most of the hotels were good, except the last one. Welcome drink was not offered and food was also not good in the last hotel. Cab driver could have been smarter and could have avoided a fine levied by the police and paid by us. Shanil was reachable and approachable but unnecessarily lied here and there for a few small things. Srilanka is a nice place, and first 2-3 hotels were good.

Since we took a half board package , we assumed breakfast and dinner is covered on all 4 days.. but Breakfast on day 1, dinner on day 4 was not covered as we couldn't check into a hotel.. but it wasn't clearly mentioned we had to spend extra and have our food. More places could have been suggested, such as Sita temple in Nuwara Elliya. Overall good experience and nice place to visit. But this was the only negative point we had.

Mr. Shanil was continuously connected with us through out the Trip. He enquired about each and every aspects and did the needful asap. The Driver Dushmanta was amazing. He knows the roads like thelines of his palm. He guided us excellently throughout the tour. The Hotel Ganga Addara was fantastic. The rroms food and most importantly view is amazing. The DMV villa location was wonderful. The rroms were very good but as Nuwara Eliya is prone to power cut, they should have a power back up. The Food and Locationof Moon Beam Wild was good. The Hasara Resort Swimming pool was awesome along with its food. They offered us Kottu and that was really splendid to try with the Lankan Fish Curry. The Concord Grand location was great, inthe heart of the City. The food was also good.... We enjoyed our stay of 7 days in Srilanka. Apart from some miscommunication in Hotel Check in Everything else was fine. Thanks a lot Travle Triangle and Travco...☺️ The Sunset in Bentota and Sunrise in Yala were splendid.. The views were mesmerizing..

Rating - 3 Shanil was our agent from travco and helped us chose and built an itinerary. however, the complete job post-payment was left to Janaka, our driver. Every time we reached out for a question- we were told to consult Janaka, Janaka drove well and showed up on time always, however, he did not explain the itinerary properly, talked rudely, asked us not to ask questions, skipped few spots like a strawberry garden, botanical garden, we weren't given the fee massage as promised, and the city tour was from inside the car. He forced us to go to places of his choosing - like gemstone showrooms where he might be getting a commission. He also made unexpected stops in the trip to lunch places of his choice, rather than ours. He also told us to walk to nine arc bridge when cars were going. The price quoted by Travco for activities like Whale watching and Yala safari was 2X more than the market price. We went with outside vendors and had a great experience - saw 2 leopards as well Hotels given were very good expect Galadari who had a really bad buffet for a 5 star Otherwise, Sri Lanka is very beautiful and we enjoyed the trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sri Lanka. We went their for our first anniversary. Travco arranged really good places to stay and no words for our driver/guide Janaka. He is so kind hearted and knowledgeable. He knew how to take care of tourists and make us feel comfortable. He guided us with shopping, sight seeing, activities like river rafting, river safari, elephant safari, etc. and helped us choose food as we wanted and have a good time there. All the hotels were also amazing with a fantastic view. Thanks Shanil for planning our trip as per our wishes. We would love to visit Sri Lanka again and cover the remaining places. :)

The tour to Sri Lanka was good in terms of the site seeing and weather and natural beauty of Nuwara Eliya and Kandy, beach and water safari at Bentota was good. Yes, the food, particularly the Indian food is a problem. The breakfast menu at some hotels i.e. Orchid Villa at Kandy and Villa@69 was unthinkably poor and sub-standard. Rooms provided at Kandy and Hotel Concorde at Colombo was not up to mark. We have been provided a good vehicle and a Chauffeur by Travco. No head massage and free herbal tea was provided as promised enroute. Traveltriangle travel agent, Mr Narang did not respond positively when we had informed him of some dislocations over whatsapp from SL.

Overall it was good but there is a huge problem of food for Indian in sri lanka So i suggest to Carry Food along with or else try at some other country where Indian food is available. Nuvara Eliya Chill atmosphere touches the heart with full of Joy and happiness
