Very beautifully planned and our trip was successful by completing all the itnenary. Travel agent was very knowledgeable and made efforts to make our trip successful. Tsaungu lake was the best. We experienced a snow fall and driver was very opt of the trip having knowledge of each and very small things. Hotel at Pelling was the best. Overall superb experience.

Management by 'Lungba travels' was very good. Deepak sir was there at every step to help us. We had Rakesh bhaiyya with us for our transportation in Gangtok and Pelling. He was very helpful. Jyoti bhaiyya was also very helpful in Darjeeling. Baba mandir and Sky walk were the best places to visit.

While trip was good expect the travel from Gangtok to Darjeeling where the the cab driver was rude and was misbehaving. Lachung,Baba Mandir tour,specially the Gangtok tour was awesome.

The trip was overall great. Cab drivers were good. But there was change of cab driver everyday which we didn't prefer. We would have given 5 stars but due to frequent change of drivers we have given 4 stars. Travel agency people were kind and helpful. Nevertheless, our trip was awesome. We look forward to have another trip with Lungba Travels.

Sikkim's hotel had good service but Darjeeling's hotel was terribly slow with services. We had issue with geyser all the time and food service was also very late, got our dinner after an hour of order. Rest all was fine.

A vey big thanks to Lungba travels, we had an excellent trip covering Gangtok, North SIkkim and Darjiling. Everything about the trip was very well co-ordinated and executed. A once in a lifetime trip made very special thanks to Mr. Deepak and his team. A very good gesture by him to calls every evening to know feedback on the hospitality provided. Only recommendation, hotels provided in north Sikkim could have been better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip to SIkkim.
