Thanks to the meticulous and caring efforts of Mr. Deepak, we had an excellent trip covering Gangtok and North SIkkim. Everything about the trip was well co-ordinated. All the hotels offered by them in the package were very good and the people were extremely hospitable. We enjoyed our trip throughout specifically owing to the expert driver we got, Mr Lalit. He maneuvered the tough terrain of North sikkim with exceptional ease. A once in a life time trip made very special by this tour agency ! I would recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Bhutan/ SIkkim.

Lungba Travels- Deepak Ji is our tour moderator. He is very kind and generous person. He talked every day during the tour and arrange everything perfectly. The driver Lalit is also a good hearted person and reaches every day on time. We had a good discussion about sikkim culture. All over tour was awesome. The one thing which can be improved is Darjeeling tour plan, there is nothing to see except Zoo and View at tea garden point. We almost spent half day in our hotel as there is nothing to watch. Lungba Travel has to include some generous places which are worth to see in Darjeeling, otherwise darjiling is waste of time and money. At the end i want to say thanks to Deepak ji and Lalit for there full cooperation during our tour. Cheers!

We were happy with the cabs, driver and hotels provided. If I get chance again I prefer to book an another trip with the same agent. Deepak was very kind and was enquiring about our trip at the end of each day and we were taken very good care. Thank you for making our trip wonderful. Toy train, Suraj cab driver from Darjeeling. He was fantastic and he kept our 4year old daughter happy and she loved him a lot.

The overall trip to Kalimpong, Gangtok, Nathula, Pelling & Darjeeling was good except few things. Travel Triangle never contacted us during the trip, if we are facing any problem in the trip or not. Lungba Travel was our travel agent from travel Triangle and we faced issued in the Hotel rooms which were too conjusted at Pelling and Darjeeling

Deepak was our point of contact during the trip and he is very responsive at any times. We booked only taxi for our trip and he provided me the best. Also he upgraded the vehicle on the first day of my trip. He did follow ups every day for two times atleast. I would recommend this travels based on my experience. Also Nisha is the person who took care of payments and point of contact before the trip. She was very good at her work. Thanks again.

None of the travel agent had mentioned about Yumthang valley zero point entry fees of Rs.3500. which I came to know after reaching there. Also didn't get receipt for the same. So we have a doubt that driver has paid only 500rs which we can see from car. I should have gone with him at check point. That was my mistake. Similarly we missed Lachen due to bad weather conditions. Same was going to happen with Lachung if we didn't meet some families in Gangtok market. They told us that there is no such situation in Lachung and we must visit the same. I think travel agents must have information of exact current situation & they should not rely on other sources. Rest of the trip and services provided by travel agent were excellent. Memorable trip of Lachung, Gangtok, Darjeeling.

Mr. Pempa Gurung, driver at Gangtok trip was too much reserve, rude and we can say non- caring in nature. Even he was not bothered to have any co-ordination with taxi driver of sharing taxi during the visit at NATHULA. On returning from Nathula, sharing taxi driver left us at the same place where we took sharing taxi. However Mr. Pempa was nowhere, mobile network was also not working at about 14000 ft. height. For some time we were helpless. After some time we found some taxi were parked at helipad about 250 to 300 meters distance. We had no choice and to walk there. There was Mr. Pempa standing carelessly. On the other hand Driver at Darjeeling Mr. Jyoti was nice person, caring and co-operative in nature. Any how trip was OK, it could be better if any nice person like Mr. Jyoti be there in Gangtok with us.

just now I had booked Lungba travels through travel triangle for Darjeeling and Sikkim trip. The trip went ok as planned. But while dropping us to the airport which was part of our itinerary, the driver came 3 hours late and we missed our return flight. We had to spend Rs 22000 additional money to book new flights. Mr Deepak had accepted it was their mistake and committed to pay us the complete amount of Rs 22000. But he payed only half amount of Rs 11000. It has been more than 1 year I still have not received my Rs 11000. Mr Deepak is also not committing to pay me that money. I have evidence of this on WhatsApp. He is making excuses that it was driver's fault and they are not ready to pay and he is paying from his own pocket. Travel triangle did not support in getting my money back and said the issue was between me and Lungba travels and they will not interfere. So while booking Lungba travels don't get surprised if the driver comes late to pick up and Lungba travels not taking any responsibility of the consequences happening due to it.
