I came across this travel agency when I was searching for honeymoon trip. My destination was in mind and this travel agency was offering me what I wanted. I went ahead and booked holiday through them. Everything was organised neatly, like pickup from airport to daily sight seeing. I would recommend others to book through them for complete peace of mind and if u want to enjoy your trip to maximum.

I had booked for Darjeeling-Gangtok tour for apr 3rd week 2018. Booking was made in Feb 3rd week. After looking at the overall tour I feel the price was on higher side. Expected better hotel rooms for the price I paid. The transport arrangement was good. Driver was available for pickup at airport. There were couple of occasions where driver was reluctant to stop in-spite of being requested to do so.

Lungba Travels are the best players in terms of price and services for North East India Packages. I am highly satisfied with their services.. Would surely recommed others to try their services.. Changu Lake Trip, Yumthang Valley and Toy Train Ride..

Well organised trip.. The agent was helpful and was available as when required One think which i need help on is refund of room charges for lachen and lachung, due to some issues sikhs were not allowed to stay in hotels.. This was not known to travel agent Visit to GURUDONGMAR LAKE

I enjoyed my holiday trip with fun...Hotel service gud nd food was delicious also All Cab driver was really awasome...I recomended oh gud luck to see the Changu Lake

I have booked 4 N 5 Day Sikkim-Darjleeng package through Travel Triangle and my travel agent was Lungba Travel. Regular updates through sms or call from travel agency was very good and in Advance. so it make my experience more peaceful, no additional follow-ups required with travel agency and cab driver. hotel at Gangtok (Golden Star Continental) was not good as it was in Darjiling (White Yak). overall hotel was just ok in Gangtok. staff behaviour was good at both hotel. food at hotel was not good. In Darjiling I will recommend Hasty tasty restaurant for pure veg food lover. One last thing I want to share here, Please check your itinerary if you are going to book from same agent, as they skipped major sites and added normal (useless) sites for the sake of increasing no. in sites. Tsomgo lake and Flower show

We had a great trip. All the cab drivers were really good and we didnt have any issues. The hotels were all nice except the part that v were put up in veg hotels which we were not aware of. So i suggest one should double check on the hotels as it does cause inconvenience later.

our trip was very gud...hotel tarayana grand is excellent.. due to bad weather we cannot get permit to tshangu lake ,Baba Mandir and nathula pass.We were taken to 15 th mile....that's also a good point but we were not informed that they didn't get permit..we were expecting to visit tshangu lake but we were taken to 15 th mile...we are disappointed a bit that day... However we hired our own cab driver for 2000Rs for that afternoon and visited a monastery and waterfalls that day.... driver was very friendly from the beginning. But he gave us shock the last day... My friend left his purse within the vehicle while visiting the waterfalls but when we returned back we cannot find our purse... we Searched the vehicle but we cannot find. We strongly suspect our driver because his behaviour is very suspicious the last day... But we didn't ask him regarding that. So have a look into such drivers.... restaurant and food are very good... river rafting is a great experience we cannot do paragliding due to bad weather we experienced snow fall for the first time...that's a very good experience... travel agent is also very cooperative but driver is not good.

Itenary could be better constructed. Some good places were missing from itenary and even after asking they told itenary have all the places. Had to pay extra for these places.
