Missed our flight to cappadocia because the agent kept very less buffer time and although we reached the airport we were denied checkin due to a long queue.
Our hotel in Cappadocia was changed at the last minute when we arrived.. On having a word with the agent, he said he forgot to inform us earlier. Moreover our domestice flights were not booked till the last day. When asked he said we did not provide international flight details, however, no such information was requested earlier. While booking the flights last minute, the whole itinerary was changed on the day before arrival at turkey. Nothing was missed though it was unexpected.
Missed the hot air balloon in cappadocia since the agent didn't inform us. When asked he said the weather was bad; however other tour members went to enjoy the ride and the weather was fine and the hot air balloon was running.
We got to know that the hot air balloon was available in pamukalle (to which pick up wa already paid for) as well. When we requested an early pick up we were asked to pay an exorbitant amount. On having a word with the agent, he was pretty rude and aggressive. Denied to admit all his mistakes.
We had a good trip, choosing to ignore all the drawbacks. The agent was very polite since day 1; however when such mistakes happened he was very rude and denied to take responsibility for all.
