This company "City of Sultans" is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend using them. Ver professional guides and drivers. They were very easy to communicate with and really listened to the experience I wanted to have. All emails and phone calls were always answered within a day, usually less. They had answers to every question I had (and I had A LOT) and were spot on with their answers. They also provided some helpful hints for me to make sure we will have a great holiday in Istanbul. This was a very important trip for me and they really understood that and made it everything I could have wanted.

The trip was managed very well by the Local agency City of Sultans. The airport pick ups for 3 groups 2 from USA arriving at different times (including missed flights)and anpther group from India were well cordinated ansd managed. The transportation for the 10 people was comfortable, he sight visits were well planned with advanced ticketing where needed. The agency provided knowledgeable and courteous english speaking guides. Overall we were all satisfied and definitely highly recommend the tour company.

The entire trip was customized with the tourists' every wish for site seeing and comfort in mind. In a word, both the trip and our travel agent "City of Sultans" were superb. From my first email enquiry to our travel agency I was impressed with the response time and detail of the responses. My agent through Mr. Mohamed worked tirelessly "even in their off times" to make sure that our trip to Turkey was tailor made to the finest detail. Nothing was too much trouble. It is very rare these days to find such a high quality and personal level of service. the level of care and service provided was outstanding. We were met at the airport by a travel agency representative, and then driven in a very comfortable and large air conditioned van to the hotel. The driver was also great, very friendly and a safe driver. The guides were also very professionals, all the transfers were on time, Every small detail was taken into consideration and it made the holiday 100% stress free. I would like also to thank Mr. Vijay for his help while we were finalizing the trip with our agent Best memories is Paragliding and Hot air balloon.

I planned my holiday with a company that specializes in vacations to Turkey through Travel Triangle - the trip was beyond my expectations. In addition to the incredible beauty of Turkey, the food, the culture, our agent had created a seamless trip for me and my wife. Everything on time- wonderful guides in both Istanbul and Ephesus. City of Sultans is a very good agency. Mohammed Magdy is available 24/7 on whatsapp to reply to your queries and concerns. Travel triangle is a good platform to get good quotes. Returning from memorable tour of Turkey; Istanbul, Kapadocia, Kusadasi, Ephesus, Pamukkule. Turkey is beautiful and run by Turkish people. No Far Eastern or Asian workers unlike Middle East. Most of the group tours are converted to private tours due to less number of tourists. At least we did not see any security concerns or panic. Hospitality of Turkish people must be appreciated. They respect Pakistan :) and consider us friends. I strongly recommend to visit Turkey, it is a worthy experience.

The Service provided was excellent and was very happy other than the mixup with the hotels which was soon sorted out.THe fact that connecting rooms were booked in Istanbul but it was only on further request that we were granted connecting rooms. The Service provided by City of Sultans were par excellence, in respect of all the tour guides Mr. Murat (Istanbu), Mr.Mehmt (Prince's Island)Mr.Umit Cappadocia and the Lady who took us Ephesus were excellent professional and fully recommended.All other services were excellent and punctual. I had been in Turkey for 12 days and had covered important tourist spots in Istanbul, Cappadocia, Kusadasi, Pamukkale & Antalya. First of all I would like to share that there is absolutely no "Security related problem" in Turkey. Our entire tour went very smooth. So, people just feel free to plan your Turkey trip. Turkish people are so warm and welcoming. You will just feel their hospitality. Many thanks to City of Sultans (Tour Operator) & TravelTriangle for making this wonderful & memorable trip. In our 12 days trip almost every day we had a "WOW experience". One of the things which we liked during our trip was the knowledge of tour guides in Turkey. We had guided by 6 different tour guides and each one of them had brilliant and genuine knowledge of culture, history, food etc of not only Turkey but around the world. I am not generally the one who would take a tour guide and this was my first experience to have tour guides and it was worth it. At the end I would just feel that even 12 days were less for Turkey, there is still so much left to experience and see. City of Sultans also upgraded hotels for us in Istanbul & Antalya. In Antalya we were given Mardan Palace which was just amazing. We got complete royal treatment there with private beach, very large open bar pools etc etc. I can just go off. I would strongly recommend City of Sultans for Turkey trip. They know how to make amazing customized itineraries. Mr. Mohamed Magdy from city of Sultans had done wonderful job in making our tour successful and we would like to thank him very much. Mr. Vijay & Ajay from TravelTriangle.com had been very responsive during the entire booking period. They even helped me in getting info about the Visa process etc. One suggestion, though I have for City of Sultans that will have to slightly re-check their Istanbul day itineraries. There are just so many places to see and experience that it becomes impossible to visit them all in limited time. Hence, few things naturally drop out of the plan :). I know they do it in good faith but then time becomes short. I wish I could write my entire Turkey experience here but it would take more than a page. It was my wife's birthday and City of Sultans had arranged a surprise birthday celebration cake cutting ceremony on the cruise. It was amazing | Speechless.

All bookings were done via Internet and correspondence via Whatsapp and email. The entire trip was arranged flawlessly by Travel Triangle. Everything was perfect. Tour operators and cab drivers were on time and we received what was promised.The entire trip was excellently coordinated.
