We really thank him wholeheartedly for arranging such a memorable tour of Istanbul-Bursa-Mt.Uludag-Cappadocia! We enjoyed every bit of the complete tour. It was indeed a 5 star experience readonably priced. We stayed in 3 different 5 star hotels in which "Kayakapi @ Cappadocia" was a real treat. As a group of 11, City of Sultans arranged for us a private 16 seater vehicle allowing our private & comfortable journey. We would like to thank Mr. Magdy, Mr. Murat & Mr. Ghalib for all the arrangements. We all enjoyed the tour thoroughly!

We had a fabulous trip to Turkey and we are very grateful for all of the good work that our agent “City of Sultans” and their team dedicated in organizing this great experience. Their great planning efforts, and extreme attention to detail, allowed us to sit back and really enjoy our time in Turkey and not have to worry about what needed to happen. After a couple of emails and a some brief conversations they were really able to get a sense of what type of travelers we were and what we'd enjoy, and hit the mark with everything on the itinerary. The guides they chose were extremely knowledgeable and really enjoyed what they did, making it more fun for us. Furthermore, they were always on time for pick up, they gave us the tour details before the trip which was very organize and helpful but also every night we had a call or message form them for the next day pick up time, so professional Overall, our agent City of Sultans did everything they could to make sure we had an incredible trip. Special thanks to Mohamed for what he did for us before the trip and during the trip. If we ever head back to Turkey we'll definitely be using them again, and we will certainly continue to refer other travelers their way.

It was truly a trip of a lifetime and an unforgettable experience, This was truly a dream trip. Our travel agency "City of Sultans" gave us exactly what we wanted and asked for with very good price. Their travel documents were well organized and well thought out. The trip went so smoothly it was like they were there with us holding our hands. From a S-class Mercedes picking us up at the airport to reserve. We had excellent accommodations, fantastic tour guides, great drivers, transportation and ample free time. We would recommend City Of Sultans to anyone interested in an Turkish vacation. Mohamed is truly amazing guy, always available and ready to help all the time. SUPERB ! 5 Stars to City of Sultans ! City of Sultans is an excellent company to deal with. They responded to our request quickly and adjusted our itinerary to accommodate our interests. All of the hotels were wonderful and the personal guides they supplied were extremely knowledgeable and flexible. Mr Mohamed planned our trip with attention to every detail and the logistics went off without a hitch. the tours was great, nothing to complain about, the lady guide was friendly and well educated about their historical sites. the ottoman palaces is something that you must see it at least once in your life. we booked with city of sultan agency and it was a great company, they attend my calls and message on time, Mohamed was able to help for everything, i really appreciate it. just give your budget and let city of sultan plan your trip, you will not regret

The trip arrangement by the agent City of Sultans was very professional and flawless. Our agent Mr. Mohamed Magdy was quite helpful and well informed. The Mina Hotel is well located and superbly clean and the staff are very hospitable. The view from the terrace was amazing and Mr. Ali the bar manager is indeed a friend for life. The tour guides, the drivers and everything else was superb. Thanks for a perfect holiday. However please try and get prime seats for your clients on the bosphorus dinner cruise.
